Owner "promised" we would not be disappointed... We were! Hotel
We rented this condo for our family vacation, and after paying the full amount ($2,939.00) before we went, we saw the TV show, Hotel Impossible, which did an episode on the Ocean Manor Hotel. The condo we rented was privately owned, but in the same hotel. I emailed Judy Robbins and told her we were very concerned about our choice of condos for vacation, because of the TV show we saw. She promised it would be clean and exactly as the photos show. I have the emails she wrote back to me as proof, but that did us no good. We did not stay one night in that filthy condo because we had our 3 year old granddaughter and 4 month old grandson with us, along with our son and daughter in law, and there was no way that the condo could be cleaned to satisfaction in a few hours time. It was dinner time when we arrived and found it unfit to stay in and the children needed to eat, and get to bed for the evening. Luckily we were able to get another place to stay for the whole time in such a very short notice. I am writing this review so that nobody else has to experience what we did with Judy Robbins and Premier Vacation Rentals. We lost all of our money except for $380.89, which she refunded for one night stay and the "cleaning fee" that we had been charged in advance. Judy lives in California, but is owner of Premier Vacation Rentals, and the condo we stayed in also. We talked to the Owner of the cleaning company that she had clean the condo, and he even emailed to Judy (and copied us in the email) the following email... "one of my cleaning girls did clean the kitchen but forgot to clean the microwave, stove and refridgerator. I was shocked to know this is one of my best girls along with my daughter as well. They are being written up and suspended for a couple of jobs as per my wife."
He didn't mention that they also "forgot" to clean the bathtub and shower. There was hair in the drains, a razor blade cap on the floor of the shower, crud in the jets of the tub and black mold on the grout. I have pictures as proof, but it still didn't do us any good.
We filed a complaint with the BBB and they were not helpful at all, because Premier Vacation Rentals was not "a member" of the BBB.
We will do all we can to "advertise" against Judy Robbins and Premier Vacation Rentals so that another family will not have to lose their hard earned money to someone that makes promises that they can not keep and to almost have their annual family vacation ruined.

The client called with complaints. We got in touch immediately with our cleaning crew. They went to the unit within a very short time and fixed each item one by one. We called the client to let her know that all was corrected and perfect. She stated she would not be returning to the unit. Since that time she has made it her mission post her complaints all over the internet. Funny thing is she is the only one doing so. The unit is rented every week back to back. It it was as bad as she is describing you would find complaints posted on a regular basis.
