The perfect vacation! Enjoy your beautiful direct oceanview from the condo or from the spacious balcony. Our updated studio is directly on Fort Lauderdale beach and includes oceanside pool, game room, coffee shop, tiki bar, restaurant and more. All within walking distance of nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping - you don't even need a car.
The condo is a standard hotel room sized unit and has a queen bed and a daybed with two twins. There is a small "snack station" with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave for your convenience.

everything was just great...the location, the condo, the views, the athmosphere. I recommend the condo for max 2 people and a child since its not that big. I travelled with my mom; she used the queensize bed and I the daybed which was just fine. the snack corner is equipped with everything u need, the microwave can actually prepare anything for u ;-)the whole condo was very very clean! the views from the balcony is just like u can see it on the pics. its a bit too hot to have breakfast on it but nice to relax on with a drink after noon. due to eastern sunrise it gets pretty light in the early morning...I just used a sleeping mask. moreover, the cleaning staff of the ocean manor resort starts vacuuming the hallway at 9.30. it's a bit clairaudient in general. bring your ear plugs if u are sensitive.
the whole resort is really nice. the lobby and outside areas, great! try breakfast at the tiki bar or the all u can eat lobster event at the tokio blue restaurant inside the hotel. the cook already served many celebrities. big supermarket + huge souvenir shop just in 5 minutes walking distance. we did not have a car but the buses are convenient, not always on time but ok. u can go directly to sawgrass mills (1h20min), galleria mall (10min) or to las olas blvd (20min). get the broward county app. it's a 20min walk to the last/first water taxi station. definitely a must-do! go to hollywood beach if u havent been there yet, sooo nice and great people-watching :) but the tour in general is awesome. u pay only once and can use it all day long, hop on and off whereever u want to. the station is in front of flip flops bar and restaurant if u r looking for the way from the condo. I can also recommend this place for the happy hour, great scenery, staff and interior.
we could also do a late check out since our flight just left at 5 pm and no new guests were coming in. thank u dave and catherine for everything! no problems with transactions, replies etc at all! -

We arrived and open the door all you see is the ocean, We never were able to afford a place like this at all, the landord (Dave Brownell) is right on with the price, I had called other places before booking there is no way that we could afford 150-200 a night for a Ocean View Condo.. The condo (studio) is small and equipped with everything you need, The only thing you need is breafest food and your own snacks...Also get prepared to be woken with sun coming up every morining we were just amazed..Thanks to the Brownell for a vaction that we will never forget .

Thank you Rose for your review. I was over there today, had to clean after our most recent guests left and man-o-man, the ocean was beautiful. Calm and clear. Wish we could go from our house to the studio but would be a little cramped. Keep us in mind next year if you want to return. Send us an e-mail in the fall if you want to come back down.
