Me and my wife had the chance to rent out this great condo.
Booking was a breeze and meeting the person in charge of the unit was a delight.
The beach was a few miles (10 min) away but it was fine since we rented a car to tour florida.
It was great for sleep as the condo is located on the top floor and is very quiet.
Jimmy the condo supervisor is very helpfull and easy to reach.
If we come back to South Florida, we will stay here again.

This is a beautiful, remodeled condo that will suit all of your needs. Nelson and Jim were both amazing to work with. It is centrally located, close to many great restaraunts and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

My spouse and I stayed a weekend. Each room was very attractive and had all the amenities one would hope to find in a fully furnished apartment. Picking up the key and returning it was very easy. Parking was available at all times. The bathroom was very modern and the glass shower was very large.
The location was perfect for anyone who wants to be near Wilton Manor and shopping. The drive to the ocean was easy and direct. We could walk to nearby restaurants and bars.
We did not use the television or electronic equipment so we can not speak to that, we were not there to sit we were there to explore.
We highly recommend this apartment if the location is where you want to be. -

This wonderful two bedroom offers superior comfort and quality. It has a strong focus on ample space with a luxurious feel, a excellent quality beds, high quality furniture, and stylish interior design. The apartment is well situated in a great location - walking distance from the shops and restaurants, yet protected from noise and traffic. I found an excellent range of accessories and personal touches to make my stay seamless and unforgettable.

Not being familiar with Fort Lauderdale my spouse and I wanted a location convenient to Wilton Manor, the beaches and near amenities like good restaurants, pharmacies and other services.
We liked the second floor location with no apartment above us. Off street parking was provided.
The apartment was appointed more like a home than a rental unit. All the appliances were new as well as the furniture, kitchen wares, towels and linens. The bathroom was well lighted newly renovated with an awesome two person size shower.
The bedrooms were very comfortable and furnished well providing quiet and comfortable sleeping.
Another plus was that there was a person on-call 24/7 to respond to any emergency, which we had none. He met us at the agreed time of arrival and did a walk through and explained the key and alarm system. Departure was equally as easy.
We did not use the tv, audio system, Internet or in the complex washer/dryer so we can not address those features.
We highly recommend this apartment as a very clean, well located and comfortable place to stay. We hope to again!

The 2 bedroom condo was excellent quality and appointed very nicely including beach towels and phamplets of nearby places of interest. It was like staying in my own vacation home with amenities such as dishwasher, TV, internet, etc and at a price half of guest houses of the same quality.
Very quiet location around the corner from Wilton Manors nightlife area, shopping, groceries, etc and a short ride to Ft. Lauderdale Beaches and downtown attractions. With only 35 minutes to South Beach/Miami area and near 95 highway, it is convenient to everything. -

This apartment is cozy and elegant and the building very quiet. The location is situated a few miles from "Las Olas" (beach side of town) where you can enjoy the wonderful beaches and the fancy restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay. -

The condo's owner is Nelson who lives in another state. I dealt with Nelson primarily by E-mail, and the reservation and payment process went smoothly and was problem-free. His friend Jimmy lives in Fort Lauderdale and takes care of the condo keys, property, and cleaning. Jimmy is a wealth of information about the area; speak with him when you check-in to get ideas about where to go.
The upgraded condo is very modern and comfortable, with new kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Everything works well, and it's nice to have a refrigerator, stove, and coffeemaker. It's like being at home. The condo's central location makes it easy to get just about anywhere in the area by car. Although it's not located by the water, the condo is an easy 10 - 15 minutes to the beach. For stocking up on groceries, a Publix supermarket is a short, convenient drive.
When we were there, the television had access to channels via antenna only. We were able to get the major television stations only. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV and Internet to access Netflix and Pandora, so we didn't try.
If you are going to the bars and restaurants on Wilton Drive, we found it less frustrating to leave the car parked at the condo and walk 20 minutes. (The neighborhood is very quiet and quite safe.) It was often frustrating not being able to find parking in some parking lots on Wilton. The metered street parking is terrible; meters must be fed until wee hours in the morning.
I'd recommend this property if you are seeking a quiet location away from the water but close to the bars, clubs, and restaurants of Wilton Drive.

When I arrived for labor day weekend, the place was super clean and they really went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Nelson is super nice and very easy to deal with. Since I wasn't familiar with the area he told me when and where I should go for the hot spots and even where I shouldn't go. I'm glad I listened. I had an amazing weekend. I loved the location and proximity to everything as well as the comfort of the condo. It is really well decorated and newly renovated. I like to have a kitchen when I travel and this kitchen is super nice! Granite, stainless and even a wine chiller. Overall, it is a much better value than a hotel and I felt like I was at home. I will definitely be back soon.
