Welcome to Villa Miceli! This luxurious 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom residence was custom built in 2005 and is situated one block from the beach in the picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale By The Sea! This home offers the best of both worlds: a stunning custom heated pool and the Atlantic Ocean one block away. You will not find a more ideal location for your getaway vacation.

Virtually everything you will need is within 2 blocks from your front door. The newly redesigned Lauderdale by the Sea Municipal Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is one block... away. The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops, is one block away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier.

Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a large and very open living room. The living area offers two full size leather couches with direct views of the television w/dvd entertainment area, as well as the custom pool outside. It also offers a sleeper sofa as well as a roll-away bed. The stunning open granite kitchen offers stainless appliances, custom wood cabinetry and a long granite breakfast counter with four barstools. The dining area offers a circular seating area for six adults. Off the living room sliding glass doors, you are greeted by a custom built, resort-style heated pool. You will not want to leave this area -- it is a fantastic and relaxing environment.

Upstairs you are greeted by the very private and large master suite, which offers a king size bed, two nightstands and a dresser. There is a large screen television with dvd entertainment center. There is also a private balcony off the master suite. The master bathroom feel more like a resort spa, offering a full size jacuzzi spa tub, a separate steam shower, two separate marble counters with sinks, a private make-up area and an enormous walk-in closet. In addition to the master bedroom and large walk-in laundry room, the second floor provides two guest rooms. Bedroom two offers a queen size bed, two nightstands and a dresser. There is also a television with dvd player. Bedroom three offers two twin size beds, nightstand and dresser. There is a second full size bathroom on the second floor.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. This property is the very definition of a luxury vacation home.

Villa Miceli is fully equipped with wireless internet, cable television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available upon request.

Villa Miceli is conveniently located in the picturesque, seaside, community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You and your guests can truly walk everywhere from this fantasic (private) heated pool home. There is truly no need for a car should you remain in Lauderdale by the Sea. The beach and main restaurant / shopping district of Laud by the Sea is located just a few short blocks from your front door. There is also a wonderful beach park, offering tennis courts, basketball, soccer and a fantastic children's playground less than half of one block away. The neighborhood is safe and there are a multitude of first class restaurants immediately nearby. Villa Miceli offers parking for two (2) cars.

  We have just returned from staying at the Villa Micelli. It was everything and more. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and we could also walk into town. The home itself was exactly like the pictures portrayed. The pool was also great. The crew at By The Sea Vacation Rentals were absolutely wonderful. If you needed something, they came immediately. Very pleased with this office and their very hard workers.
  Looking forward to visiting this home again next year...

  We have just completed our second stay at Villa Miceli and absolutely loved it. With 2 young children it was important to us to have the comforts of home while on vacation. This place has it - comfortable, clean and very convenient to everyting you need, and a great private swimming pool too! We especially appreciated the top-notch service from Jason and his staff. Jason was there to greet us when we arrived and was there to make sure we had everything we needed. When we noticed that the kitchen was missing a few items we let Jason know and within an hour we had everything we needed and more. Short walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants and pubs - LBS and Villa Miceli are top notch. We would recommend this place to anyone!

  My wife and I stayed at his beautiful Villa in January to escape the snow and cold weather of the midwest. It was a last minute decision and luckily it was available. The home had a great layout and was very clean. The kitchen was great with everything you would need plus large bedrooms and bathrooms. We could walk to the beach and great bars and restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea. Terrific location! Dealing with Jason and his staff at By the Sea Vacation Villas was wonderful and they were available 24/7 to answer any questions. We would definitely go back!

  Our stay at Villa Micelli over Thanksgiving, 2009 was everything we expected and more! The service was great throughout the reservation process and the property was exactly as advertised. Our family spent 3 wonderful days for all of us....adults, small children, teenagers and grandma.
  
  We will definitely return to Villa Micelli during our next South Florida visit!
