This newly updated 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom custom heated pool vacation home is situated just a short walk from the beach, with direct ocean access on Commercial Blvd, in the picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. This property was just newly furnished and designed by the owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. This home is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area of Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. The newly redesigned Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer field, a wonderful (fenced in) children’s playground and restroom facilit...ies, is a few blocks away. The town’s shopping district, which offers Friday evening and various weekend entertainment, includes a multitude of fantastic restaurants (Aruba Café, 101 Ocean, The Village Grill, etc.) ice cream stores and various boutique shops, is a short walk from your front door. The famous Lauderdale by the Sea fishing and observation pier is also located on the beach.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a spacious living area with two sofas (one of which is a full size sleeper sofa) and a 47” plasma television with dvd entertainment center. The living area also offers a view of the rear yard and pool. The open and rather spacious kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with barstools and a pub style modern square dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor patio area, as well as the fantastic large custom heated pool. The outside area is both ideal for entertaining and extremely private. A new patio table with umbrella and six chairs rests poolside and there is also a new stainless bbq grill. In addition, there is an elevated sun bathing lounge overlooking the pool with chaise lounge chairs.

Off the living area, you will find the private master bedroom offering a king size bed, flat screen television and modern furnishings. The stunning master bathroom is brand new and offers a granite vanity sink and a large marble walk-in shower. In addition to the master bedroom, you will find two additional guest bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, as well as plasma televisions. The home also features a twin day bed in an alternate living area. The second full size bathroom is also brand new and is equally as beautiful as the master bathroom. The home has a walk-in laundry room (with new front loading washer and dryer) and garage. The Florida room off the kitchen offers three sets of french doors opening up to the spacious pool area.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, cable television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available.

Casa Roya is conveniently located in the picturesque, seaside, community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You and your guests can truly walk everywhere from the home. The beach and main restaurant / shopping district of Laud by the Sea is a short walk from your front door. There is also a wonderful beach park, offering tennis courts, basketball, soccer and a fantastic children's playground a short walk from the home. The neighborhood is safe and there are a multitude of first class restaurants immediately nearby. Casa Roya offers parking for three (3) cars.

  The location is great (10-15 min walk to beach and stores). The pool is great. Area around pool is private. While the inside is a little older it has been recently updated and it was well stocked and had lots of room. It is in a quiet neighborhood. In addition to being able to walk to the beach, Benihana was even closer. We had a fantastic stay.

  wonderfully relaxing, but entertainment is only steps away

  I went there with three of my girlfriends and we had a great time. The house is modern, comfortable and we had our own heated, private pool! We were able to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants near by. I plan on taking my family there next, it is very safe and being in USa you know there is good health care for those kids who get sick on trips. Lauderdale by the sea was beautiful and the amenities in the house made the difference.

  Family Spring Break

  We recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Casa Roya. We are a family of six traveling with four children ranging in age from 12 -18. We absolutley loved the location of the this house. Casa Roya is close to the beach, pier, plenty of restaurants and most importantly of all...the candy store! The house worked well for us and provided plenty of room. It was very clean. The day bed was an excellent option for our youngest. We spent hours in the pool which was sunny in the morning and the afternoon. After a day at the beach we would return once again to the pool for another swim. One observation to note about the house is the master bath is actually a shared bath and the bedroom with the pool view does not contain a dresser. You have to share the closet (plenty of shelves) with the master bedroom. This was not a problem for us. The by the sea vacation villas/oasis reality staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a few requests that were quickly responded to by staff. Both Tiffany and Jason were a pleasure to deal with. We have been to Lauderdale by the Sea for a spring break trip the past two years and we rented from an unknown individual. It was a bit of a disaster!!! Working with ByThe Sea Vacation Villas/Oasis Reality made a wonderful week even better. I would highly recommend this house and the managing agency.

  We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Roya. The house was exactly as described. It was spacious and comfortable and it felt like home. All the necessities were there for making our own meals. The kitchen is great and the gas BBQ was certainly appreciated. We spent many hours relaxing by the large custom heated pool. The location was perfect for us; close to the beach, shops, good restaurants and grocery store yet the area was quiet and you did not hear or see traffic. Thank you By the Sea Vacation Villas for a wonderful experience. We can't wait to return!

  We stayed at this house in Mar 2010 and had a wonderful time. And the By the Sea Vacation Villas was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to inquiries. For example, they got us in touch with a baby gear rental company in the area. And we had a question about how to operate the pool and they were able to send someone over on the weekend.
  
  The home itself was perfect for three families with small children. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play.
  
  We loved the heated pool, since March is still a little chilly for pool time otherwise!
  
  This was our first visit to Lauderdale by the Sea, and we will definitely be back. This area is so nice for vacation because everyting was within walking distance. From the house we walked to the beach, to restaurants (and great ice cream), to a park for the kids. We had a car for trips to the grocery store, but that's it.

  We stayed here for one week in March with my family and another friend. We found the house to be located very close to the most popular beach in Lauderdale by the sea with a lot of restaurants around. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for eating in. The backyard had a very nice and large pool which was heated. That came in handy since this winter Florida was unusually cold.
  I particularly liked the bedroom by the pool where you can almost jump in straight from your bed into the pool. Definetly recommended and I would go back.
