This newer construction property was completed in 2007 and is situated two short blocks from the beach, with direct ocean access, in the picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. This property was custom built and designed by the owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. This home is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area has to offer. The newly redesigned Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is one block away. The Sea Ranch shoppin...g center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops, is one block away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier.

Entering from the ground floor, you will see a view of the pool and a stunning open kitchen which is fully equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with barstools, stainless steel appliances and a flat screen television. The kitchen overlooks the living room and a covered outdoor patio surrounding a small pool with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill and outdoor mounted television. Adjacent to the bathroom, you find the living room furnished with a 50 inch plasma television and leather couches capable of converting into a sleeper sofa.

Off the foyer on the second floor, you will find the master bedroom offering a king size bed, plasma television and covered balcony with eastern exposure overlooking the rear yard and pool. The master bath has a mounted flat screen television where you can relax in the Jacuzzi tub, or separate glass shower.

In addition to the master bedroom and walk-in laundry room, the second floor provides two guest rooms offering queen size beds with individual private bathrooms and televisions. The third bedroom provides a covered balcony with chairs overlooking the front of the home and the wonderful town of Lauderdale by the Sea.

This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, cable television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available.

  We had a fabulous experience overall. The property is gorgeous, clean and spacious. A terrific location - close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and supermarket. Great for kids and families. Loved the pool! The pictures are very accurate and we were thrilled with the property. The vacation rental company was just wonderful - helpful, accomodating, answered all questions and were very attentive. We would absolutely recommend this property and this company to others.
