This wonderful and extremely private 5 Bedroom 5 Bathroom waterfront residential home is situated just a few short blocks from the beach in the prestigious town of Lauderdale by the Sea. The home has been custom designed and furnished by the property owner to offer nothing but first class amentities throughout. The home is istuated on 100' of southern exposed deepwater with direct and unlimited ocean access.

SwedenWe had a great stay at Casa Palma

We stayed for two weeks at Casa Palma. In total we were 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids). This house made everyone feel comfortable with its 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and a generous living room. The kids spent every second in the pool while we were at the house. Everything was in order (air condition, pool heater, bbq, kitchen equipment and so on) and we lacked nothing in the house.
The sourroundings were very nice, a quiet residental street. We went down to the pier and to the beach many times, all within comfortable walking distance even for the kids.
The highway ('95) is not very far by car either if you avoid the rush hours, we took our rental cars and went on many sight-seeing trips around the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area.
If I have to say something negative it might perhaps be the coconut trees, it felt a bit uncomfortable lying on a sun chair below them. I assume it was safe since we never saw one drop down, but with kids running around... I guess the ower has that under control :) -

The Casa Palma was the perfect place for a special celebration. We had a gathering in Lauderdale of friends from around the USa. Everyone was very impressed with the property. We enjoyed the unique features and upgrades in the home. The four lower bedrooms all provided privacy for each couple and they appreciated the quality of linen and beds. The master suite upstairs was excellent for views over the pool and water or one could just relax in the jacuzzi. The pool is large and one can enjoy sunshine most of the day. The southern exposure also made the dock popular for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. There are plenty of chairs to relax around the pool. The updated kitchen was provisioned nicely to serve dinner to a large group. We will definitely rent the Casa Palma again next year. The agents were very helpful when any questions or concerns were raised during the booking process.

My Ex husband even said this was the best idea I ever had... Casa Palma was everything the listing described, the photos did not disappoint, the house was clean, the property well maintained. When I was planning our vacation to attend my youngest daughters graduation I was trying to save money and keep the family together in one location. With five bedrooms and bathrooms Casa Palma made the most sense. The house easily accommodated my ex husband his fiance & her 16 yr son. My son his wife & 17 yr daughter. My eldest daughter her husband along with me and our graduate,10 people altogether. We had so much fun at the house cooking, swimming, dancing together. Also being so close to everything was a big plus. We even tore our selves from the house long enough to do family photos on the beach. My family and I will do vacation homes again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

This house has it all. If your looking for that "one perfect vacation house" there's no need to look any further you've found it. You've also found the best company to work with. After having been conned by another rental agency on a seperate piece of property I reached out to By the Sea Vacation Villas looking for the last minute miracle to save my vacation (less than 3 weeks prior to arrival). Jason and the rest of the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us at the "Casa Palma". The house itself is located at the end of quiet street and offers a lot of privacy. It's conveniently located close to the beach (5 minute walk), several bars, great restaurants as well as several area attractions. The 5 bedrooms were very clean and offer a lot of privacy and comfort. The master bedroom upstairs was "huge". It could accommodate an entire family if needed. Although we never used the kitchen for cooking it is set up very well with stainless steal appliances. The family room was also very comfortable and had great views of the patio and pool area. There are several french doors that open up out to the pool and allow for lots of daylight to come in. The patio and pool area were the highlight of the house. The pool was clean, heated and surrounded by palm trees. The patio itself had enough tables and chairs for everyone to just hang out on. The landscaped yard backs up to the inner costal waterway and has a nice little dock to sit on and watch the boats go by while having a beer. The pictures shown on this site are very accurate but don't do this property justice. I would highly reccommend this property to anyone who's looking for a nice private house for that perfect vacation. We'll be back for sure. Congratulations to Jason and his staff for a job well done!

Palma was a wonderful vacation property for our family. We stayed for a week with two young children (2 and 5) and two visiting grandparents for half the week - the property would have still felt large with another family. The property is very well kept, spacious, well stocked, lot's of natural light inside and offers a great location. The team that rented it were extremely helpful and it was obvious that the owners cared for the place. It is hard to leave the poolside but the beach is only a 5 minute walk and groceries, shopping and restaurants are minutes away. The pictures really do not do it justice. We'll be back for sure!
