Villa Vista is conveniently located in the picturesque, seaside, community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You and your guests can truly walk everywhere from the home. There is truly no need for a car should you remain in Lauderdale by the Sea. The beach and main restaurant / shopping district of Laud by the Sea is one block from your front door. There is also a wonderful beach park, offering tennis courts, basketball, soccer and a fantastic children's playground one block from the home. After staying here two times now, I can honestly say I could not be happier. First off, the location is as good as it gets. You really don't need a car. Close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc is imperative for my wife and I when we travel as we have two young children. Calling this property close to such things is an under statement! From the front of the home, you can see the restaurants and shops! The home is equipped with a flat screen plasma and a full bathroom in each room plus a full size bathroom on the first floor! The home is top of the line when it comes to luxury and cleanliness. It has marble floors through out, granite kitchen, stainless appliances, beautiful furnishings, an open feeling (no cluster), an adorable pool, the list goes on and on! What was beyond unique and to die for was the huge roof top terrace over looking the city with the lounging and dining... talk about spectacular! Also, I must mention By the Sea Vacation Villas (as usual) was a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful when needing recommendations for childrens activities/good restaurants! I would highly recommend Villa Vista and By the Sea Vacation Villas. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vista 37 - the location was perfect - so close to everything and we really enjoyed Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. The house is very well appointed for several couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen and living room were both quite spacious. Everything was very clean. We were disappointed in the state of the BBQ but the property manager was awesome to deal with and we suspect that will be changed. We also would have liked more views from the rooftop terrace but all in all with the fabulous location of the house and the lovely town of Fort Lauderdale by the Sea...we had a great vacation.

My family and I recently completed our third stay in Villa Vista and
it was nothing short of fantastic! The location of Villa Vista is ideal for our family, for we are truly able to walk everywhere. The beach, restaurants and shops are immediately outside our door. Unlike the first year, the last two trips have been without a rental car -- as we found we simply did not need one. The villa continues to be impeccably maintained and is the perfect escape.
Once again, the staff at By The Sea Vacation Villas has been a joy to work with. Tiffany makes the booking process so enjoyable and they treat us like family.
Thanks Tiffany & Jason for once again over delivering! You guys are the best! See you next year!!!

My large (extended) family and I recently escaped the frigid winter of the upper north east and elected to rent this vacation home, along with two other homes, through By The Sea Vacation Villas. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and warmth we received from the staff and the home was exactly as advertised. The location was wonderful -- we were able to walk everywhere, which is nice when you have children like us. I believe we were the first guests to use the new heated pool (a nice addition to the property) and the rooftop terrace was the perfect location to enjoy dinner and drinks while overlooking Lauderdale by the Sea. Thank you, By The Sea Vacation Villas, for making our winter getaway a memorable occasion. We will definitely use your services again.

The vacation home was everything as advertised and more. The layout was fantastic and the place was spotless. We loved the rooftop terrace and it was a delight to swim in the heated pool at night. Cant forget to mention the location - it's close to everything. The family would absolutely come back again . The vacation mgt co. By The Sea Vacation Villas provided great service and was very professional as well.

Our trip to FL for a fmily wedding was made even more memorable by our stay at this property! We enjoyed the reasonably equipped spaciousness, cleanliness,and proximity to the beach,shops,restaurants and the actual wedding site. The heated pool was a bonus when the temps dipped to the 40's at night while we were there! As was the walled rooftop patio in the windy sunshine! We would happily recommend this property and the agency to anyone tr4aveling to that are. I feel a "Girls Getaway" in my future!!!

We have stayed in Lauderdale by the Sea in properties managed by By the Sea Vacation Villas for the past two years. Both have been excellent experiences. The beach on Lauderdale by the Sea is wonderful, and the houses have been exactly as advertised. This house, in particular, had a great location, warm pool and plenty of room for the family to have some "quiet time" in the evenings. We'll be back.

This is a modern house within 2 blocks from the beach and beachside restaurants. With three stories, it boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open living areas, and a great roof to sit on in the afternoons and enjoy the sunshine. Pool in the backyard provides some quiet relief from the salt and people of the beach.
