Deposits
To hold your reservation a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking (a minimum of 1 night), except during all Holidays period when a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
Cancellations
14 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund deposit. During Christmas, New Year and Holiday Periods a 30 day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit.

Every part of this vacation was professional handled by Billy and Franco. Their advise on restaurants and night life was extremely helpful. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and very relaxing. Bungalow Six was truly a slice of heaven. I found stepping out of my room and into the pool with a cocktail the best. Ocean was close and the sunsets were literally to die for. I strong encourage this oasis away from home. Great hosts ... Great vacation.

Billy & Franco have nailed it! Very informative, friendly and accommodating! Greeted us upon arrival showed us around property, asked if we needed any information about the area, and to contact them with any questions or needs. Served us muffins fresh from the oven our first morning as we were enjoying time by the salt-water pool. This is a quaint, intimate treasure nestled in a neighborhood that you would never suspect had such an jewel. During our stay part of the time the 2Brdm was occupied, but both couples had ample time using property all to themselves...We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area, swam, grilled, spent enormous amount of our time relaxing and enjoying each other! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, theaters, etc. Will definetely return to Bungalow Six. Thank you! Only improvement would be to have the hot tub operational.

Billy was a lovely host and the home is very clean with a good location only 5 minutes from the freeway. The master bed was very comfortable. (We didn't use the other bed so don't know...) The pool area is gorgeous!! The heated pool was fantastic because the weather wasn't overly warm when we visited in February, but the pool was still welcoming! They have a little bathroom hut outside so you don't have to drip through the house when you need to use one. Brilliant!
Here are a couple things we wish we'd known before we rented:
1. Billy and his partner live 10 feet away and are in the yard regularly to clean the pool, check in with you, etc. They are super nice, but the lack of privacy was something we hadn't anticipated. Usually when we rent a house it's because we want to be able to completely relax. (no housekeeping, staff, etc.) We didn't realize before we booked it that they lived there.
2. One of the reasons we selected this property was because it offered a hot tub. When we arrived, Billy told us that if we wanted to use it we just had to call him and he would come over and open it up for us - each time we wanted to use it. I'm sure he would have been available any time we wanted, but we felt weird having to ask him to open it and would definitely have preferred to be able to use it on a whim and not have to go through the production of contacting him. We ended up only using it once because it was such a hassle.
3. We also picked the property because it offered free wi-fi. Unfortunately it only works in the kitchen or outside and even there it is spotty. If I wanted to watch tv and my husband read his email or surf the web or our son play games, we had to be in separate rooms.
Overall this is a beautiful place to stay and super clean which is great. It really has more of a Bed & Breakfast vibe without the breakfast. (although Billy made some unbelievable muffins for us!!!)
