My husband and I stayed here with our two young children and felt right at home. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures depict - in fact, the main area of the house is one spacious room that is absolutely perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while still allowing them room to move about with ease. The bedrooms all have more than generous closet space. The best feature we found was the hallway bathroom that exited outside to the pool which proved invaluable when we wanted to give the kids a bath but didn't want them tracking in water from the pool. We rented a boat and had a blast driving it to the private dock at the back of the house. The pool was beautiful although even with the heater was still very chilly for us (it was a rainy week). We really appreciated the pool and sand toys at the house since that meant we didn't have to go out and buy our own. Having use of the washer/dryer was also a nice touch especially with young children. The house has a crib which was great for us and it was very easy to rent a second crib from a local baby rental company. Kevin, the owner, was very easy to get in touch with via email and was very accommodating. The beach is a short drive away and the house is located in an area that is close to all major stores and restaurants. Staying at this house made us want to move to Florida (from NY)! It was truly a wonderful experience!

It is so wonderful to hear that our guests had a great vacation. It is great to be able to have a home with a boat dock for our guests.
Some guests visit Key West, South Beach, the Miami Sequarium. Others like to shop on Las Olas Blvd, Aventura and Sawgrass Mills. And places like Disney and Universal are only 2 hours drive away. Others just love the beaches here in Ft Lauderdale. We are not a management company. We are real owners that give you the best service. We try our best to help our guests obtain their dream vacation home. We take short notice guests, even one from Europe booked in less than 7 days through paypal. Sometimes the airlines offer last minute specials so we do our part to allow reservations within 7 days if available.We can accept cash at the door for immediate stays such as cruise ship layovers.
We welcome all international travelers and from North American countries. Everyone likes the heated pool,too. If you have a family reunion,wedding,engagement party , golf excursion, cruise ship layovers before and after, convention center events, actors,marketing events,local groups,baseball,volleyball,basketball,soccer,swimming, travel teams and College teams,boat parade, air shows, movie sites and studio productions and even honeymoons than this is the house for you! -

This is a great home for large families. There are plenty of bedrooms. The open kitchen/dining/living room was nice for our large group to gather and we enjoyed the outdoor/pool area right off the main living area. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping & the beach. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to visit family in Ft. Lauderdale.

This house was a great vacation destination in itself. Everything was very comfortable, plenty of room for our group and the kitchen was fully equipped! We used the grill several times. Nice to have a washer & dryer. The pool was an awesome place to hang out with everyone and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We attended the Seafood Festival on Pompano Beach. That was fun with awesome food. The on-line pictures didn't do justice to the roominess of the house. All the bedrooms had big closets and there were plenty of bathrooms. We never felt like we were running over each other. When I read what my 14 year old granddaughter wrote in the guest book, it made the whole trip worth the cost! We made alot of great memories that week and hope to return someday!

We spent a very nice long weekend at this house. It is very comfortable for large families, and the living room area is great for children. The open kitchen space is very convenient for cooking lovers and the house is fully equipped. The owner was very helpful. I would only complain about cleanliness. It was not the cleanest house I have ever seen. Otherwise I loved it!

We are glad to accept last minute rentals for our guests. We gave the guests a tour of the entire home and nothing was ever mentioned about cleanliness. Our home is professionally cleaned and if there are any problems, we will correct rightaway as we are only 15 minutes away.
