Ocean Access waterfront with Dock & Hot Tub. Rent a boat or bring your own for sightseeing on the intra-costal and going to waterfront restaurants. Very nicely furnished to the last detail. The villa has an upscale Key West feel with some nice antiques and nice hand-knotted rugs. A beautiful tropical yard complete with hot tub and tiki torches. A great place for enjoying the sun, dining or morning coffee. There are two chaise lounge for sunbathing.

My husband and I stayed at the property during our time in Ft. Lauderdale. The home is just adorable and we couldn't have been more pleased. It is clean and comfortable, and is equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the info book, so we had ideas of what to do., and where everything was located.
The property is in a great location, and the owner is great to work with. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this property to our family and friends.

We came here to see family. Our thanks to Leslie who made us feel so welcome. The house is very comfortable, decorated with a nautical theme. It was really nicely done. The back has a porch and a landing by the canal. We would have loved to spend some time here but Tropical Storm Debby had other ideas and dumped loads of water during our stay. The few times it was relatively clear, we would stay by the landing and sit on the chairs and relax, daydream. So we would stay inside at nights, watch the big screen TV and saw the championship game. This house is close to the airport, so very accessible, though we did not hear the airplanes as they come and go. I say again: this house is very comfortable. When I come back to Fort Lauderdale, I know where we are going to be staying again. Again, thank you very much, Leslie.

First of all, thank you for a wonderful home away from home! I very much enjoyed all of the basic advantages of this vacation property: The location is not only absolutely beautiful, but it was incredibly convenient to the cruise port as well as the airport. I loved that I didn't have to waste any vacation time with long commutes to these places and didn't have to give up luxurious amenities and breath-taking scenery to do so!
I was also very happy with your pet-friendly policy and the wonderful park across the street. I was only slightly concerned initially that the airport was near, but it was noticable half way through my stay that I didn't notice it at all and the convenience trumped that concern by a long shot!
Thank you, Leslie, for sharing your vacation haven with us! The care that you put in to our stay was at the very least incredibly thoughtful, hospitable and kind. I not could consider you a friend and can not wait to stay again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The decor is welcoming (as were the fresh flowers and bottle of wine), the kitchen is very well outfitted, and we made good use of the barbeque as well as the hot tub. Our favorite spot was the deck overlooking the canal.
The location has positives and negatives. It's in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, close to major routes and five minutes from a Publix (grocery store). Light sleepers, however, should be advised that it is close to a busy street and just south of the airport, so bring earplugs if that's an issue. Additionally, two of the three bedrooms have blinds that are not room darkening which may be a problem if you have teens who want to sleep late.
If you plan to see the sights in the area, be aware that many things are an hour drive away and you are staying in a large urban area. A GPS is strongly recommended.
Would we go back? Absolutely. -

When my wife and I decided to go on our first cruise with our best friends, we immediately started our search for accomodations in the Fort Lauderdale area. We wanted to arrive about a week before the cruise and explore this South Florida "mecca"! How fortunate we were to have found this lovely home.
We discovered the Flvr site easily and when we spoke with Leslie Rambin, the owner, we knew that we had made a great decision. Courtesy and helpfulness are her strong suits. She informed us of attractions and dining that thoroughly enhanced our stay. This home is in such a convenient location for seeing Fort Lauderdale and the cruise port.

My husband and I stayed at this vacation rental earlier this year, with some friends of ours. We had the best time, and enjoyed this property very much. It is clean, well decorated, and in a great location. Everything you need is in the home, and we were even greeted with flowers and a bottle of wine.
Leslie, the owner, made us feel very welcome, and we knew she was just a phone call away if we needed anything.
We truly enjoyed waking up, and taking a cup of coffee outside on the patio. Having the water in your backyard is very peaceful and relaxing.
We will definitely stay here again on our return visit to Ft. Lauderdale.
