This stunning home, featuring a beautiful Tiki-Hut deck, sits just off the intra-coastal waterways of Lighthouse Point, FL. Complete with lavish upgrades, the oversized manse is ideal for entertainment. There is little danger you’ll be bored once you check-in as the home features a BBQ gas grill for delicious outdoor meals, a custom designed pool heated to 85 degrees for relaxing poolside, a built-in 104 degree Jacuzzi and an oversized hammock for warm nights or lazy days. With amenities like these, you’ll never want to leave the backyard, never mind go home again. The large home features nearly 100 feet of dock space, a 24,000... lb boat lift, and a separate custom remote-controlled lift which holds up to four jet skis. We offer three jet skis for rental, making Tiki-Hut the ultimate in vacation destinations.

You probably wont be sleeping outside, even though you could, so we've laid out the inside for comfort too. This home features a custom design entertainment system with 72 inch plasma HD-TV, complete with integrated speakers throughout the ceiling. Want a challenge then saunter up to the official sized eagle-claw one inch slate pool table or our custom poker table, for a game or two. The oversized kitchen with granite countertops throughout, features high-end appliances like the Subzero refrigerator, a self-cleaning convection oven and an island, perfect for planning and preparing scrumptious meals. This kitchen would challenge most restaurants!

With customized detailing like, a private-gated entryway, faux painted walls, crown molding, marble and tile bathrooms, tile floors throughout, plantation shutters and upscale lighting effects, this home is a gem sure to be appreciated by the most discerning design connoisseurs.

When it's time to sleep you'll have your choice of desirable spaces. There is a large master bedroom, complete with a very comfortable king-sized bed set, plasma TV, a Jacuzzi tub, private shower and large his & her walk-in closets. The master suite also has direct access to the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Just step outside through the ceiling-size sliding glass doors onto the newly chiseled centurion marble pavers which wrap around the entire length of the pool. There are three more bedrooms; one is an in-law suite with a queen-sized bed set, and a private bathroom. One of the other bedrooms features a queen-sized bed and the last holds two twin beds. There’s also a crib available if you have an infant. Besides two private bathrooms, the home also has an additional full bath and a guest bath. That’s a total of four bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath. Still undecided? Hate all the dirty laundry you take home after vacation. Not a problem!   We were a family of 5 with inlaws and stated for 10 days in June. It was great. Lots of room for the both kids and adults. It seemed to not have been rented recently when we arrived as the TV and internet weren't working, but Michelle was quick to get that sorted and made sure everthing was perfect. The website has photos of certain furniture(chairs and stools) and wall hangings that were not in the house when we were there. No one in our family had a complaint - we loved it. Great house, great location, great fun. Thank you tropical vacation rentals :)

  Although through every last website you will find flawless reviews of this home. I had arrived with 7 guests for a weeks stay and had wanted to turn right back around and get on a plane back home. After scheduling to meet up at a certain time in the morning to check in, we had waited outside for over an hour for someone to arrive to let us in. There was garbage left all about the back yard, grill was filthy, dryer was broken, several broken light switches and fixtures, pool was filthy, and to top it all off the second day in the fridge had stopped working and all of our food was spoiled. I had spoken with kai and michelle a numerous amount of times and they couldn't care less and did not want to bother with me. They would not refund me a single cent. Every time I would get on the phone with them about a problem at the house I was given an attitude and I had to wait at least 48 hours for the issues to be fixed. However, the fridge did not work the entire time. I also might ad when the "repair man" came on monday at 8am when i'm still trying to sleep, he decided the best way to get my attention was to pound the door down instead of a phone call. I will never do business with them or recommend anyone to them. The only thing I can recommend is to stay far away from tropical vacations group.

  First of all the group arrived in the morning, while our scheduled check in time is 3pm. Our cleaning crew had not yet finished their job and were still packing up garbage from the last visitors when this new arrival moved in. The normal routine of cleaning and having our maintenance crew go through the home was interrupted as the guests did not
  
  want to be "bothered". The array of complaints always aimed at "how much money they can get refunded" rather then "how can we address your issues", and our maintenance man got an attitude when he responded first thing monday morning to what was described as an "emergency".
  
  The group threatened us with posting bad reviews if we were not responsive to their refund requests. We go out of our way to work out issues, but do not respond to threats.
  
  
  P.S. Michelle was in France on her vacation during the entire time of this group's stay (June 2-9) and out of communication, so the alleged phone calls to her could not have taken place

  My wife and I decided to take a much needed vacation with our two very young sons, Matteo (22 months) and Diego (2 months). After chatting with Mike, we opted to stay at the Tiki Hut in Lighthouse Point for our 12 day vacation. While we have travelled extensively in the past, this was a first time renting a house and must admit that we were completely blown away by not only the house and amenities, but the professionalism of Mike.
  
  The entire booking process was painless and everything Mike said about the house was actually understated...yes understated! This is a phenomenal property, with excellent amenities, in a very safe and exclusive area. Mike went out of his way to provide us with several baby amenities which made the stay that much easier for both our sons and for us as well. In fact, when the pool heater broke, Mike actually and it replaced within 24 hours so that Matteo would not miss a beat in the pool...incredible customer service to say the least.
  
  We have just returned and are already in the process of planning our next stay since sincerely believe that this is by far the best option for any family with young children who want to enjoy a prime location, pool, Tiki-Hut and a chef's kitchen.
