We called 10 minutes prior to our arrival and Michelle met us at the house. She gave us a tour of the facility. We asked whether a garage door opener was available and the very next day one was purchased and provided for our use... When we asked whether the spa heat could be increased, the heat was increased the very same day. We also asked whether we could prolong our departure time on the last day, Michelle was very accommodating ... She also provided a number of options that we could use as entertainment and dining experiences. Excellent Service
The pictures of the house were very true indications of the quality of the house . We felt safe and secure in the area and enjoyed the canal location of the house.
The house location is in a quiet residential location, and allowed us to partake in walks with our family. We enjoyed the safety of the location and even though I didn't think we would use the pool and spa, it was a very relaxing atmosphere after a day of shopping, golfing or a trip to the Keys. We are definitely considering a return to the location.
The canal location also provided an opportunity to go fishing and view fish we don't often experience.

Home is beautiful. Every room is elegantly decorated. We were able to secure the key quickly which made settling in to a week vacation easy. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking amenities: pots, pans, flatware, dinnerware, wineglasses and even seasonings! Beach towels made 24 hour swimming and bubbled jacuzzi an added pleasure. We Bbqd on the grill, drank lemonade by the pool, or watched movies on the big screen. Truly week of luxury. Recommend to anyone with a large family or several couples who want to relax, kickback and enjoy. Ample space and rooms for all (11 of us) and Michelle was a pleasure to work with.
