More than 4 guests would require the use of the sleeper sofa. Maximum number of guests in this home is 6. Can be combined with France House across the street to accommodate larger groups.
All rates are good for up to number of guests listed above. Each additional guest is $30 to $50 per person per night depending on season. Email for exact rate quote. Holiday rates are higher. Cleaning fees will be added.
11% tax will be added to all rentals.
At some times of year, special rates may be given for 1 or 2 guests.
Weekly rates are the nightly rate x 7.
Minimum 4 night rental in most cases. Shorter stay possible if it works with existing calendar. Extra short stay charges may apply. Holiday minimum is 7 nights for Christmas week and 7 nights for New Years week.

I've rented vacation homes across the country and this was among the warmest I have experienced. Our stay there felt like we were in someone's primary residence and not a rental home with only the bare necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location convenient for day trips in all directions. Or you could stay close to home with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. It was great to come home for a swim after a busy day exploring South Florida. Jeffery Hill was easy to work with as he promptly answered e-mails and provided all the information needed for a comfortable and problem-free stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a "home away from home" place to stay.

The Graf Hill House is a perfect, private, luxurious yet comfortable vacation home. We have rented this house twice and love it! The house is clean and exquisitely decorated. But outside is where paradise really begins. The yard is well kept, and the back yard and pool area with hot tub are very private with lush tropical plants and peaceful, comfortble seating areas to hang out and relax. Jeffrey Hill is very easy to work with and if able, I will stay at Graf Hill house again.

The house, is in actuaity a real home...with all the comforts you would want in a long term rental. We did have two small requests we made to Jeffrey that needed attention, and without hesitation the issues were addressed. Plenty of places in the home to read and relax, with no shortage of lamps to provide light. Both bedrooms do have bed side lamps on either side of the bed as well.
The backyard is absolutely beautiful landscaped, complemented by heated pool & jacuzzi which we used everyday during our stay.
The Graf House does not have screens on the windows, which for my wife and I was an issue. The strangest thing mosquitoes love us! Why I say it is strange, we had guets stay with us and they never had an issue with the pesky insects, as reported by Jeffery as well.
Jeffery recommended that we ingest 1000mg of Vitamin B1...which apparently woards off mosquitoes in approximately 20 after your start taking this vitamin.
Wonderful walking neighbourhood, with a great assortment of restaurants, grocery, drug & liquor stores in close proximity.
Jeffery and his business partner Roger are excellent rentalreal estate managers and wouldn't hesitate renting from them in the future...our next rental with Jeffery will be in Puerto Vallarta.

Just returned back from a long weekend at the Graf Hill House in Wilton Manors and all I can say is that this house was absolutely perfect. The home itself is beautiful and is surrounded by mature tropical landscaping which makes it your own little private piece of paradise. The pool/spa are great to have and the cabana off the master bedroom and kitchen serves as a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass (or two) of wine in the evening. The home is located within walking distance to all that Wilton Manors has to offer. My friends and I parked our car upon arrival and it never moved until it was time to head back to the airport. This is the perfect place to pick if you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all and simply relax yet close enough to walk to a local bar for a cocktail. I sure hope to return sooner rather than later. Thanks Jeffery!

My husband and I were delighted by so many touches, including the blooming Moonflowers when we arrived.
We had some company for dinner and the choices of where to enjoy the evening became weather dependent.(we had some seroius rain...but that was...also wonderful.I vowed not to leave untill I found out the manufacturer of the family room couch and the artist of the paper "installation" piece.(hinit..hint.) -

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at the Graf Hill house. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to stores, 5-10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The house was well-furnished and very clean and we most enjoyed the outdoor living. The very private backyard had a big pool and jacuzzi. My kids would have been happy staying at the house and take advantage of the pool the whole week. We would definitely return in the future.

Very pleasant stay in an extremly well decorated house and a quiet neighborhood. We celebrated our anniversary in the nicely heated pool with a bottle of champaigne. The weather was great, never too hot and never too cold. We discovered some nice restaurants within walking distance and not far from entertainment and shopping. We will be back.

We could not have been more pleased with each and every detail Jeffrey has put into this home. My husband, our 8 year old and myself each found our special favorite spot. There is comfort and elegance in abundance at this home. The backyard oasis is peaceful and difficult to leave. Jeffrey greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and then left us to our privacy. Every need, including a starter kitchen pantry was provided. We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals and this was far beyond that. We stayed in a "home." The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery, liquor, entertainment..we stayed the week of New Years Eve and had the best time ever. We will come back and would highly recommend this home to all types of travellers.

My wife and I had a very relaxing 5 day getaway. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is a close drive to everything that you will need. The backyard is very private and has many features. Most of our time was spent there. The house is very nice with plenty of room to move around. There is also a large bathroom off of the master bed room. We have referred friends and plan on a return trip in the spring.
