If you are looking for a clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, quality linens, comfortable, close to shops, etc. (I should stop because there are too many to list) place to stay, Nadine and Pierre's cozy rental is the place for you. I must mention that one of the best experiences of your stay will be the warm welcome and helpful advice you will receive from your hosts, Nadine and Pierre. They are the best!
This was our first time staying in one of their units, but it won't be the last.

Meine Tochter und ich waren gleich begeistert über das hübsche u. sehr saubere appartment. Uns gefiel
auch ganz besonders der schöne tropische Garten u. Pool. Nadine u. Pierre haben uns wunderbar aufgenommen, Beide vermitteln eine famliläre atmosphäre die uns sofort überzeugt hat. This was our first snowbird experience.
We are from the West Coast of Canada and had the pleasure of staying at the Bernard's compact (but very adequate and quaint) vacation studio last winter. It was exactly as presented and better then expected. Our stay and care was superb, Nadine & Pierre made us very welcome. The unit was immaculate, nicely decorated, bright, cheerful and quiet, and close to all amenities. All we needed was there. . . just what we wanted for our winter stay. Welcoming items awaited our arrival . .which was very nice after a long tiring day of flights. The internet "Wi-Fi" was good although at times the signal was a little weak. We were able to print all the documents needed from the Bernard's system. They were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, directions or other information.
The unit was smoke free and pet free so fragrant and fresh. . . as well as bug free. We fell in love with Bernard's little dog (Milo). . but had strict instructions, he was not allowed in our studio, in order to keep the place totally pet free as they may get vacationers with allergies. We totally respected that.
Linens and towels were more than adequately taken care of for us.
The spa was very clean and the temperature kept around 80+ degrees, very refreshing after a hot day. Beach chairs,towels,grocery cart and backpacks were available for our outings.
No bathtub but a nice large shower. . . we were able to save a lot of water!!. (smile). We would totally recommend this quiet & safe place to anyone. .It was really a romantic little get-a-way . . we give it a 5 out of 5. . . . and will definitely return
although all amenities are nearby . . so are all main egress Hwys & Freeways so we rented a car, as F.L. has a lot to offer. We would definitely recommend that as there is a lot to see and do.

We arrived at the location to find ourselves in a quiet residential neighborhood off the busy main streets. After parking in a private space off-street we entered the unit through a well-maintained garden area. The well-appointed unit is just as it appears in the on-line photographs only larger. We found that the owners had provided us with many items in the refrigerator and cabinets so that we didn't have to run right to the market for provisions. In addition we found many unexpected amenities...beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels...as well as a beautiful private outdoor patio area complete with tables, seating, barbecues and a large spa/pool. The very personable owners were always present and made sure that we always had clean linens in our unit. We appreciated the attention that we were paid as well as the quiet privacy of the place. It was the most pleasant and relaxing two weeks that we have ever spent in

I was a little concern when we decided to go on vacation right when yours where around the corner. I knew my sister was the right person to welcome you in our little paradise. I was happy when we came back from vacation to meet you both. My husband and I agree that you were excellent guests, quiet and respectful. On top of it, we were able to taste Tony's talent of a chef by cooking to us not only a small plate but a big yummy casserole of lasagna that feed my husband and I + my two teens and one friend. Nadine and Piere are the best host in Fort Lauderdale you can imagin! We had a wonderful time at their nice place. A verry nice apartement with a tropical backyard. A warm whirlpool, to relaxe and enoughe pricay to make our vacation a top experience. So good that we come back at the same winter while we travel in Florida! We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale thanks to the owners of Vacances Tropicales. Nadine & Pierre were real nice, courteous and quite helpful. The studio was very clean and the grounds were full of plants and flowers and well kept. We felt safe and secure and were close to everything like the beach, stores and other needs we might have had.
The place was equiped with everything needed and new. They even have beach chairs and beach umbrella we could use. We recommend this place and will certainly go back if possible.
