Myself, my wife, and our two young children had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful bungalow during the Summer of 2010, and we've had withdrawal symptoms ever since.
The managing agents (David and angela) have thought of absolutely everything in equipping this property. We simply wanted for nothing throughout our stay. Everything one could ever need (and more) is there, right on hand.
Extremely comfortable, not to mention spacious, accommodation and each of us had our own bathroom! Bedsheets to die for too!!
Fantastic pool, with jacuzzi, out back and a wonderful view to boot. 10-minute drive to a gorgeous sandy beach, and a vast array of restaurants and stores even closer.
Disneyworld and Universal are approx a 3-hour drive away, but there are enough local attractions to keep the kids happy. Frankly, we were all so relaxed, we were quite happy just hangin' out at the house.
If you're thinking of a holiday rental, then don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed. We hope to return very soon. -

We felt at home the minute we walked into Tropic Sunshine. Tasteful furnishings and a warm welcome. Perfect location to explore the delights of Fort Lauderdale and beyond. Friendly neighbourhood. Lovely swimming pool. Fun for all the family!

This is truly a fantastic house to holiday in...everything you could possibly need has been supplied to make it a true home from home. We have had three visits...so far with another one planned for 2013. It is in a quiet, residential area but extremely close to local beaches, shopping malls, fantastic restaurants and the town of Fort Lauderdale is a short drive away. I cannot say anything bad about it!!! Enjoy!
