Apartment #2 is a one bed/two bath (a legal 2/2) beautifully furnished unit in an unusual triplex in Victoria Park. Superbly located east of downtown Fort Lauderdale, walk along gorgeous Victoria Park Road to famous Las Olas Boulevard, the Riverwalk and to many of Fort Lauderdales best restaurants and night life. The Galleria Mall, FLL Airport, Beaches and Interstate 95 are all just a short distance away. The upscale, inviting apartments, superb location, tropical patios and decks will all help make your stay here just as You want it to be.

This is a large, spacious apartment, tastefully decorated with high quality furniture and a nice... floor plan with good flow. Its the feeling of being 'right at home' that sets this well maintained apartment apart.

Recessed lighting in the fully equipped kitchen. A nice, arched architectural design gives way to an open dining room with seating up to six. Double French doors lead from the dining room into a large living room. 42 inch flat panel HDTV, DVD and comfortable seating from Broyhill Furniture. Cable and High Speed Internet (wired and wireless) are included. Exceptionally large office nook behind pulled back curtains with a convenient open bar on one side and entrance to a full bathroom on the other.

King-sized bedroom set from the Manchester Collection. Two large closets with tons of storage space. Master bath and a private, full size, washer/dryer is located off the bedroom.

A private, 32 foot long Deck outside with tables and seating for four. Lush tropical landscaping and lots of old growth create a canopy of palms and a wonderful shady place to sit. The huge private deck is like an additional room to the apartment, a great place for breakfast and is well lit for night time use. Dedicated, off-street parking just steps outside your front door.

WE HAVE NO CHECK OUT CLEANING FEES! And Bi-Monthly cleaning service is also included in the rent, once every other Friday. We pride ourselves on a clean and well kept property, inside and out! This King Size suite has it all when it comes to comfort and convenience.

Additional Person Fee (over 2 people): +$20 per day for adults / +$10 per day for kids under 18 yrs.
We have NO check-out cleaning fees and we provide a complimentary cleaning service every 2 weeks on Fridays.
We also provide yard clean up and gardening service every Friday, free of charge.
$69 property damage protection or $800 refundable security deposit.

  Thank goodness I chose the Hidden Gardens, it was just what I needed. Its in a quiet neighborhood, off the beaten path but very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas. I live in Fort Lauderdale and can say this spot in Victoria Park is a great location. I recently stayed in apt.2 which has very nice furniture and a bed that makes it tough to get out of. Its so relaxing there and I really liked the patio area which is ideal for breakfast or evenings under the stars. Thanks to the owner Jon, for being
  accessible and for making all of my arrangements such a breeze. He kept good contact throughout and takes care of the property well. I'm a fan of the Hidden Gardens, and will definitely recommend this place to my relatives when they're in town. Thanks Jon!

  My wife and I spent two weeks in this tastefully decorated and well maintained spacious apartment.
  It is a peaceful loocation ideally situated and within walking distance to Fort Lauderdales excellent Water Taxi's and many wonderful Restaurant options.You can drive easily to many tourist attractions in South Florida from here.
  The owner Jon is extremely helpful without being intrusive and obviously takes pride in what he does.
  We would highly recommend Hidden Gardens to anybody looking for a vacation rental in Fort Lauderdale.

  Very well appointed apartment in charming, tropical, tranquil Victoria Park. Lovely quiet neighborhood but close to all the fun and nightlife on Las Olas and close to the beach. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio which Jon, the owner, has landscaped beautifully. Everything was as it is reflected to be.Top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to stay there again. The owner is very helpful and could not be nicer.
