This two bedroom, two bathroom pool home is located on a quiet residential street in Ft. Lauderdale, yet so close to the beach, dining, and shopping. The house features two bedrooms, each which have their own attached bath. The one bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 46" flatscreen with DirecTV in the livingroom, a Florida room that overlooks the pool and backyard, and a seperate laundry room with washer/dryer and deep sink. The backyard is VERY private and features a beautiful pool, a BBQ gas grill, and a outdoor bar area. WiFi is available throughout the house.

This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but so close to everything. The beach is only a mile away. The Coral Ridge Shopping Center which features a Publix (grocery store), Target, Old Navy, Foot Locker, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and a Movie Theatre is only two tenths of a mile away. Great dining is very close and downtown Ft. Lauderdale and trendy Las Olas Blvd are only a 5 minute drive.
The house features a circular drive which can accomodate up to 4 cars.

The house was beautiful, clean, and the private outdoor pool area was a getaway itself. It was relaxing enjoying breakfasts and happy hour by the pool but being close to beaches and dining. The two bathroom and bedrooms allows privacy for two couples at the same time the open concept kitchen, living room, and sun room allow spacious interactive areas. I look forward to returning next year!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location close to everything. Within walking distance to shopping and a short drive to the beach. Andy the owner is very helpful and just a quick phone call or email away. I recommend this house. Better than staying in a hotel.Would definetly go back next year.

We arrived at this Villa and immeadiately felt relaxed, the layout and facilties are exactly as described and everything you needed for a good holiday was to hand. Andy was really helpful and ensured that we had all the information we needed. The villa was close by to all amentities. I would have no hestitation in recommending this villa for anybody who wants a relaxing enjoyable holiday

My wife and I and another couple vacationed here in February. The house is in a great location as everything you need is so close. We walked to a restaraunt/bar a couple of nights called the Mai Kai for happy hour. Also, there is a la Fitness right down the street. The house has a great layout with each bedroom having it's own attached bath so it's like two master suites. The pool area is beautiful and it is so private! We flew into FLL airport and it only took 10 minutes to get to the house. I am definitly coming back to this house!

This spotless, tastefully decorated home has a great private area with pool, close to great restaurants and only a short distance (approximately one mile) to the beach. The Gym was a convenient walk. Everything we could possibly ask in a rental was supplied, it felt like home away from home, we'll never rent a Hotel again and plan on being back later this year. Thanks andy for everything! Can't wait to come back.***

My family and I found this Ft Lauderdale home to be the perfect place to stay on our vacation visiting my brother and his family in South Florida. The house features all the comforts of home and the large living spaces gave my children plenty of room to spread out that a hotel simply cannot provide. And the pool/outdoor area was so comfortable and beutiful to kick back and enjoy. In addition, the home was well furnished with many extras, including a DVD player, wifi and Internet. The home owner, Andy, was very friendly and easy to deal with via email. He made the reservation process seamless! The Ft Lauderdale area itself is an incredible vacation destination; there is so much to do and see. The location of this home is convenient to all, shopping, beach, highways, and entertainment. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be staying there again the next time I visit my brother's family in South Florida!

This was a great vacation house. It was very close to shopping, dining, the beach, and in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and andy was a doll to work with. The backyard was amazing! Total privacy with beautiful pool, grill, and everything you could want. Perfect house! Perfect weather! I can't wait to go back!

Had the opportunity to rent this house for a few weeks of R&R; and must say it was a very pleasurable and easy experience. Andy, the owner I think, was so easy to work with and he made sure we had everything we needed. The house was everything that was advertised - really comfortable, everything worked. The pool and back-yard are great! The pool is actually a salt-water pool and no chlorine is used, so you don't get that chlorine smell on your skin and itchiness that usually results from swimming in most pools. And the yard is very nice for parties and private, so we were able to skinny dip and got a great no-tan-line tan! The location is close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the beach (we bicycled to the beach most days). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
