The house is located in a small, private and exclusive neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and is literally right on the sand.

There are sweeping ocean views from almost every room in the house and 4 out of the 6 bedrooms have incredible ocean views. You will enjoy the gourmet kitchen whether you cook yourself or call upon the optional chef service that is available. The large open an...d airy kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and a wall of french doors that open up to the gorgeous views of the pool and ocean. The home is perfect for entertaining large groups of friends and family and has a very large pool and spa that easily seats 10-12 people.

This home boasts a game room complete with a billiard table and ping pong, chess and checkers -- a wonderful family room with surround sound and HD Television and a Blue Ray Player, and the ability to have music play throughout any and all rooms in the house and outside simply by plugging in your iPod or iPad.

The ocean is a beautiful turquoise blue -- the sand is soft and the people watching is fun. Tired of the sand? The refundable $5,000.00 security deposit is due 10 days prior to occupancy; most guests prefer to pay by cashier's check. We do not cash this check but rather hold it in the renter's file for return (assuming no damage). We do not charge for normal wear and tear (a broken glass or plate) only serious and or malious damage. This is a $6 million estate home and we furnish it luxuriously and refurbish it regularly.
