This cottage has been lovingly restored. The original tile in the bathrooms and the terrazzo floor throughout the rest of the house have been refurbished. The appliances and furniture are new. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. It was very comfortable.
The wonderful thing about an older cottage is the space! The living areas flow into each other with no feeling of being crowded.
The back yard sports a lovely pool and patio. The privacy fence indeed gives privacy in this very quiet neighborhood.
The neighborhood is close to the beaches and to the downtown area. A Publix is conveniently located just down the street (maybe a mile or two).
I enjoyed my stay and would surely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a quiet, very clean private home in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
