First I just want to say thank you to Jim for everything that he has done for me while I rented his space. The place is more beautiful than the pictures show you and is super clean. It is in a safe and nice neighborhood which is close to everything, I stayed here for 4 months, and it is close to the beach, shopping, or going out with my friends. I was hesitant about the cleaning fee at first, but Jim not only did the cleaning but did my laundry for me as well, Thank you. The kitchen is well equiped with everything that I need to make my meals everyday. This place is great, and there is an office area to leave your computer and paper work, as well as a huge walk-in closet. The bathroom is huge and modern. I do have to say that the king size bed is one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in, with lots of pillows. Again Jim, Thank you so much for a great stay and wish you the best with your place. I would recommend the place to anybody who wants safe comfortable modern place to stay while you are in Fort Lauderdale. Frank Robin, Paris, France.
