An elegant Greco-Roman private resort home located minutes from the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano beach, lighthouse point, Boca and many more are just minuets close. A tropical garden entrance guarded by statues immediately let you know you've chosen the perfect 'Away from it all' destination. The Italians would describe this style home as 'amore appassionato', or passionate love.

Furnished to be more than a vacation, more of a fantasy come true, you'll find comforts that are usually reserved for lavish 5 star hotels. From the dining table which was imported from Italy, to the impressive 6 foot paintings, including the famous Michel Angelo's 'Creation'. The floors and walls are all custom hand made. Every room having a motif to enhance relaxation while maintaining an impressive air of luxury. The kitchen is well supplied to meet the needs of professionally trained chefs, and elegant plate ware was chosen specifically for entertaining guests at a dinner party or just a quite dinner for two. Plate settings can accommodate ten plus 4 casual palm tree patten settings. This private resort is in the heart of a quiet key west influenced designed charming neighborhood located just 2.5 miles to the beach. Trendy restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just minutes away.

Both the sides and the back of the resort are fenced with an 8 foot privacy fence which has an egress to the waterway and a private dock. The first thing you will notice is the ocean breeze against your skin and is present almost always. The entire back and pool areas light up for 24 hour use with two covered porches. One porch is a outdoor dining area; the other has a six chair patio set, love seat and a bar with garnet counter tops. Ideal for cocktails in the evenings. The pool area offers seating for 20, 26 with sun room that opens to a screened porch. The oversize stainless steal grill is ample for large cookouts. Watch closely, manatee can be sighted from the boat dock, iguana and south Florida wildlife is all represented on the property. If you do not bring your own, boat rentals are very nearby and accommodate daily or weekly rentals to explore the waterway. It's a short boat trip 20 minutes from the dock to the ocean.

This Key west inspired neighborhood is set in a very kid friendly and safe family neighborhood, its located on a waterway with ocean access, Fort Lauderdale is sometimes known as the "Venice of America" because of its expansive and intricate canal system. The city is a major yachting center, with 42,000 resident yachts and 100 marinas and boatyards in 2006. The city sits 23 miles (37 km) north of Miami. Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding area hosted over 4,000 restaurants and many area attractions, if you can't find it here, it doesn't exist!   We stayed in this beautiful elegant home on the canal and were remarkably pleased! Everything inside and out was immaculate. The Italian flare inside brought us a feeling of "home". The outside living area & pool were awesome as well as quiet for a relaxing vacation. Oh, and the convenience to shopping and the beach put this home over the top!!! Thank you!!!

  I had a wonderful stay. The decor is absolutly amazing, very warm and cozy. It had everything you would need or use at home. My favorite was the pool especially at night when you're wanting to relax with that special someone. The location was perfect as well. I will definitely come back and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable stay.

  If the Fort Lauderdale Beaches were not enough, we seemed to enjoy just staying at the vacation house. My wife, me and our two kids loved having own private pool and huge outdoor space connected right on the water as much as we did the beach. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Minutes away from beaches and main attractions. We are really looking forward to staying again next summer/fall.
