The home boasts a fabulous outdoor waterfront area with a lush tropical setting and spectacular pool. The patio area of this home has an outdoor dining area and has chaise lounges poolside for sheer relaxation. There is a 60 foot dock area and is ocean accessible. A marble and granite outdoor bar area and a 48' inch gas stainless grill add to the properties outdoor enjoyment.

This luxury waterfront pool home is located in the private Fort Lauderdale Beach community of Bermuda Riviera and is just a short walk to the beach!
The home boasts a fabulous outdoor waterfront area with a lush tropical setting and spectacular pool. Also in the home is a formal living/dining room and a casual family room with a flat screen TV with cable channels. Inside the entertainment center you will find a DVD player. There is also a stereo system so that music can be enjoyed and listened to inside as well as poolside.
There are 2 master suites with televisions and each with their own marble bath and a third bedroom with and independent marble bath. There is also a 1/2 bath powder room.
