This large private home offers a resort style back yard with lounge chairs, a private pool, and a Tiki Hut with gas grill and a large table sitting 8 people to enjoy dinner and cocktails by the waterside. You can bring a sizable boat as its
dock provides space, water and power for up to a 45 foot vessel. The house is located in a dead end street which makes the surroundings very quiet and safe. Lauderdale by the Sea with its beaches is only a few minute car ride away,
and restaurants, golf courses and shoppes are in close proximity.
