A min 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit.(90-day notice for rentals over 30 days). There is always a $25 credit card processing fee.
General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.
Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, incl children. With respect for our neighbors, our property is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults & families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups,or bachelor(ette) parties. No noise outside after 10 p.m. No parties. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

We were so pleased with our stay. This house was so very comfortable and had everything we needed. Lou, the house manager was fantastic, answered all our questions and was only a phone call away! The house is beautiful, private bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen area. The pool was beautiful and a short ride to the ocean. We would definitely rent here again. If there was a comment to make, the TV/Music system was very challenging and unpredictable.

We traveled to the Fort Lauderdale area for a family vacation (2 couples and a 3 year old). The neighborhood has a sense of security - the neighbors that we met were very nice and welcoming. It is very close to shopping, the beach and great restaurants! I honestly don't think the pictures provided do the property justice. We were pleasantly suprised how beautiful the entire place is! It is very spacious, updated, adult & child friendly, and well equipped! We will definitely come back to stay when we are back in the area! Thank you for such a great experience!

We rented the house in October 2012 for a family gathering. The photos on the website do not do justice to this home. I must admit that we were pleasantly surprised by how much more beautiful the place was when we actually arrived. The house is spacious and the decor is terrific. It is also a very comfortable place wich made it feel like home away from home. It is in a great location which was convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit in South Florida. The property manager, Lou, was a great help. He was very accomodating and made lots of great recommendations that helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
We definitely plan to be back as soon as we are able. -

Recomiendo 100% esta propiedad. Esta ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, en Ft. Lauderdale, muy cerca de todo, incluso de la playa!! Está a 40´de Miami Beach.
La casa está muy bien equipada, muy confortable, y espaciosa. Tambien ofrece sillas y sombrilla para playa, además de cantidad de toallones, y una computadora en su escritorio con impresora y wi fi.
Nosotros eramos 10 personas (6 adultos y 4 niños) y todos disfrutamos enormemente. Tiene una pileta y parrila a gas que tambien se pueden utilizar!!
Es de destacar la excelente atenciòn de su Manager LOU!!! Muy atento, servicial y siempre a disposición!! Brinda mapas y consejos sobre lugares cercanos y cualquier cosa que necesiten EL los ayuda a resolver!! Contesta sus mensajes de inmediato!!!
Pasamos Unos Dias Maravillosos en esta casa, ojalà podamos regresar en breve!! Super Recomendable!!!

We are fortunate to have guests from around the world. Carolina and her family live in Argentina. Unfortunately, I do not know Spanish. However, with the help of a computer program I am able to talk with many people of different languages. Here's an English version of Carolina's review.
"I 100% recommend this property. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in Ft. Lauderdale, close to everything, even to the beach! It is 40´de Miami Beach. The House is very well equipped, very comfortable and spacious. Also offers chairs and sunshade for Beach, plus amount of towels, and a computer at his desk with printer and wi fi. We were 10 persons (6 adults and 4 children) and we all enjoyed greatly. It has a swimming pool and barbeque gas that also can be used! It is worth noting the excellent attention of your Manager LOU! Very attentive, helpful and always available! Provides maps and advice on nearby places and anything that need the help to solve! Answer your messages immediately! We spent a few wonderful days in this House, I hope can go back soon! Super recommend! LOU thanks for any assistance! -

we enjoyed our stay, the accomodations were lovely and the rental agents were very responsive to our needs. There was ample space for us (party of six) to spread out. The pool area is neat, clean and has plenty of seating for everyone.

It's always great to stay at this place. We are visiting Ft. Lauderdale once a year and we never think twice when we pick a place to stay. After out first stay, we stayed again and it was same great experience. I love owners!! They are great, thoughtful and make sure we were happy and satisfied. Almost everything is very close to the house and we never drove more than 3 miles for foods, bars, stores, etc. We are expecting to stay again next year!!

It is a very nice house and nice neighborhood, quiet and clean, even it is a little bit far from beach, but swimming pool was nice and we had a lot of fun here. Service is very nice too. The manager is very considerable and friendly. It is the first time we rent a house, and we definitely will do it again someday in the future since it is very nice and affordable.

The beach is about two miles from the house - a pleasant bicycle ride or a ten-minute car drive.

Fantastic experience. Lou and Jim were beyond accomodating. The house is immaculate and the pool and pool area are perfect. Pricing based on occupancy would be a welcome change--$275 per night for two of us is a bit high (not out of line--just indulgent from our point of view).

Smart large ranch-style house with everything you need for a beach/sun vacation. The secluded pool gets all day sun and is sheltered, to make for all day fun. Lots of room for guests who disappear with 3 full baths. Great value.
