This is a very nice private home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale within minutes of the beach.
Three bedrooms and three baths. Large great room with living, dining and kitchen. Screened porch by the pool.
The home has great space so that everyone can find their spot. There is a very nice private pool in a private fenced backyard so you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and wonderful Florida weather.

All rates are good for up to number of guests listed above. Each additional guest is $30 to $50 per person per night depending on season. Email for exact rate quote. Cleaning fees will be added

At some times of year, special rates may be given for 1 or 2 guests.
Weekly rates are the nightly rate x 7.
Minimum 4 night rental in most cases. Shorter stay possible if it works with existing calendar. Extra short stay charges may apply. Holiday minimum is 7 nights for Christmas week and 7 nights for New Years week.

We were all extremely happy with the accommodations provided by the France House Property Managers. First Class for sure. Beautiful home with all the amenities needed to make the stay perfect. We had an issue but it was resolved within a few hours. Thanks to Steve for his assistance as we disrupted his Friday night. Great communication with Jeff Hill and we really enjoyed ourselves. My extended family still comments on how great the France Housed was and I got kudos for the selection. Thanks! Jeff Jordan

This house was the perfect rental for us. It had everything that we could have asked for... space to spread out, both indoors and outdoors, and a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere with all the amenities. We even grilled three nights and stayed in to enjoy the outdoor dining area. We took a vote and decided next year's vacation will have to take place at one of Jeffery's locations in Puerta Vallarta. It was simply fabulous!

This home has all amenities needed for a vacation home. In a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is surrounded by large tropical plantings and gives the feel of total seclusion.

Our experience at the France House was awesome! Lots of room so the privacy is never an issue...Loved the screened back porch, the pool with the relaxing waterfall, the trees and shrubs that decorated the properties, the use of the stereo and all the other amenities that were offered to us. The location was perfect! Not too far from anything we wanted to see!
I would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for having a great place to stay! -

We have stated in many rental properties in Ft. Lauderdale, but this house surpassed all of our epectations. From the beautiful decor to the lush pool area, everything was perfect! The house was perfectly located so that we could easily walk or drive to the Galleria, beach, great restaurants and grocery store.
Dealing with Jeffery was simple, seamless and professional.
We would recommend France House and dealing with Jeffery to anyone who is looking for a perfect Ft. Lauderdale holiday. -

This is a beautiful house thoughtfully out-fitted with just about everything you would need for a restful vacation. It was comfortable for four inside and outside. The private back yard was absolutely lovely and the pool is perfect. You need food, clothes and a camera and you are good to go. It is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. No complaints with any aspect and I booked my next stay within a week of leaving.
