Wall Street sits closer to the Gulf than all of the homes nearby, giving it a very private and secluded feel. Many of our guests continue to rent Wall Street because of this great feature.

Inside you will find the main living area, kitchen, dining area, and living room all directly beach front. The views and sounds of the Gulf literally fill this entire space. The kitchen was remodeled in the winter of 2009 with new living room furniture was added in 2012.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor has a queen bed and full private bathroom. These are the only rooms on the second floor giving you ample privacy. The ot...her two bedrooms are downstairs and both have queen beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sleeper giving you sleeping for 8.

Wall Street also has access to the beach front pool that serves the other three beach front homes we have next door.

You might ask how such a uniquely Southern beach cottage came to have the name of Wall Street. This home is next door to Wings of Eagles and for years Steve Harris had tried to convince the owner to sell him the property but he would not part with it. In 1989 the owner of Wall Street, the house was not yet named at this time, came to Steve after having had a particularly rough year in the stock market. The owner needed funds and sold the house to Steve. Fittingly Steve named the house Wall Street.

This home is in the secluded Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Fort Morgan is a area about 10 to 20 minutes west of Gulf Shores, AL. The Bon Secure Wildlife Refuge is in between the For Morgan area and the city of Gulf Shores.

Why would you want to vacation in the Fort Morgan Area? This is a great area if you want to be away from the crowds and simply relax quietly on a very secluded and uncrowded beach. The beach here are also pet friendly if you would like to bring Fido along for a vacation too. In Fort Morgan you get the best of both worlds, private uncrowded beaches and the tourist nightlife of Gulf Shores just an easy 15 minute drive away.

Why would you not want to vacation in Fort Morgan? If you want to be in the heart of everything in town the 15 minute drive could be cumbersome for you.
