Gulf Front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, located on the popular quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach at 250 Estero Blvd. Just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. 3/4 mile). Also a few minutes walk to the northern tip of the island where you will find a nature preserve, walking trails, small concession, and information center. Our week at Estero Beach Villas was good overall. The ocean view is wonderful from the master bedroom and balcony, the master bedroom is comfortable,and the beach access is immediately out the door.
The kitchen has very little storage for food (although is completely stocked with utensils, serving ware, etc.)
A few negatives:
The guest beds were very uncomfortable.
Washing machine is slow to start, so you think it isn't working.
How to turn the water on in the bathtub and shower was not obvious. -

We have now spent our third Christmas at Beach Villa's. Bv405 was recently remodeled and truly updated with flat screen Tv's and appliances. It was a welcome addition to have a sleeper sofa.My family comprises my wife and I and three boys ages 20-26. 6'1"-6'5". Nice to have a sofa bed and 2 doubles for the boys. Excellent location, easy walk to downtown.Looking forward to spending next year again at Beach Villa's. I would be happy to go back to BV 405 any time.

This was a fantastic vacation. The condo was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. We had two teenagers with us and it was nice that not only did they have their own room but there was a pocket door that made their bedroom and bathroom completely private from our space. The bathrooms and kitchen were very very nice. We spent every day on the beach. Soft white sand. It was close to the pier, which our girls walked to daily, yet far enough away that it was peaceful. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the area. We hope to vacation here again next year.

We stayed in this unit prior to our son's wedding and had a really nice time. The location was great, right next to the Pink Shell. Even though we could not use the pool, lounge chairs etc. of the Pink Shell's, it was still nice to be able to walk there to use their restaurant. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. As far as the unit goes, I wish it were cleaner. The carpet, couch and the bedspreads had stains on them. The screan on the lanai needed repaired when we got there. I totally understand that it's hard to keep something like that clean when it's rented out regularly but it's probably time to upgrade a little.

Everything we needed was there, the property was comfortable and well kept. The location is perfect, right next door to the Pink Shell Resort on the quieter end of the beach. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the warm breeze and breathtaking view. Or you can take a walk down the beach to the pier in about 15 min.

View was great. Beach was great and well taking care of.
Washing machine only worked half the time. The fire alarm strobe device was hanging from wall. Light fixture in shower was missing lens which allowed open lamp exposure while in shower. Both are major code violations. Screen was comimg out on porch. Was not maintanced or cleaned properly. Found dryer vent lent screen was full on arrival, never had been cleaned by cleaning crew or maintance personel from prior renter. Found it very odd that checking in on Saturday was after 3pm but office was closed at 3pm really?? Had to check out at 10am and have keys back to other side of island by then. Very stupid. -

This is such a beautiful condo with great amenities; we requested it for a second year. The office personnel have been great in helping us tweak our reservations; they are always willing to accommodate us to make our stay pleasurable.
The beach is clean and beautiful. The dolphins and stingrays entertained us daily. We were within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, and shopping. Sitting on the patio both morning and evening gave us inspiration. Awesome:) -

This condo was clean and in a great location. It accommodated a family of 5 - with 3 children - comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. If I return to Fort Meyers would stay here again.

We had a great time. We needed more towels though and the pool should be heated. Overall we would love to come back next memorial weekend if not before. Loved the location and how the room in the back opened up to the Ocean.

Both the condo and the location were excellent. We were able to relax on the porch while watching the dolphins. Sunsets were awesome from either the porch or on the beach. Walking to dining and shopping areas was a fun way to travel. We will stay here again given the opportunity

Awesome customer service during all phases of booking. Property and Condo furniture were fairly modernly dated. Screened-in balcony has it's positives (keeping out bugs) and negatives (in your way). Property location was fantastic. Short walk on beach to center of action or shorter walk to tip of island...simply beautiful. Dolphins usually swam by around 7 AM and PM.
Great stay...highly recommend for families....may be back...but there's a big world out there to see... -
