Estero Island Beach Villas #406 is located on the 4th floor with awesome Beach/Gulf views. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom has been completely refurbished, including Granite countertops throughout. This unit is directly beachfront at the popular quiet north end of the island at 250 Estero Blvd. Just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. 3/4 mile). Great accommodations with everything we were looking for in a vacation destination. Clean, updated, and quiet with nicely appointed appliances and other ammenities. Would stay again in a minute!!

We were at Fort Myers for a baseball tournament with my son. The condo was very beach accessible but yet easy to get off and on the island to get to the ball parks, grocery store, etc. Several of the other players families stayed in our building or others close by so the boys enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants, shops and piers. The view from the unit off the back balcony of the bay and the front balcony of the ocean is amazing. Sunsets on the beach and the 4th of July fireworks were great too.

We found Estero Island Beach Villas very well suited for our vacation needs. The condo was newly decorated and updated with beautiful beach decor. We really liked that the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds instead of 2 twins which were more comfortable for our teenagers. The complex seemed well-maintained. The pool was somewhat small, although we had it somewhat to ourselves. This unit has a fantastic view of the beach and the bay with two balconies and lots of windows throughout. Electronics/t.v.'s were updated too. If traveling with younger children, you may want to investigate booking through the Pink Shell Resort next door so you may use their large pool facility. This unit has the best view of the neighboring pool-which was fine for us as my teenagers enjoyed the beach and Times Square most of all. We would recommend staying here again for a restful vacation.

This was a great unit, nice accommodations. Easy rental company to deal with, met all our needs. Perfect location on a beautiful beach. Not too crowded but plenty to do. Trolley stops near by if you don't want to drive. Gorgeous beach views. Very quiet and relaxing and great beach for the family. Kids loved looking for shells and the surf was calm and not too deep. The condo had everything you'd need for meals if you choose to cook. Nice to have two balconies with your choice of beach or bay views.

We had a great time in 406 last week. Great view of the ocean and bay. Unit is very nice and would stay there again. The unit is close to the beach and Fort Myers Beach resturants and attractions.

The condo was very comfortable. Nice furnishings and finishes. It wasn't as clean as I would like. It was a little dusty when we arrived. It looked like no one had been in it for awhile. The big negative for me was the absence of any beach chairs, especially when the development next door offered complementary ones to their guests.

The rental was nicely decorated and we had plenty of room. However, We should of been told there were no chairs available for the beach. Not enough towels available of toilet paper for both bathrooms. We were in the elevator when it broke down. That was not fun at all. Especailly for someone who can not handle small spaces. The employes next door, at The Pink Shell were rude. I beleive its a public beach. Pink shell quests do not own the entire beach. The pool is ok but need more room for chairs to lay in the sun.I wish when we called to make reservations, that we would of been told about the shrimp festival. we could made better planning . We had to leave the rental at 7 in the morning when our flight was not untill 1:30 in the afternoon. Spend hours at the airport for no reason. Maybe we could of stayed different days if we had been told of this big festival ahead of time.

This condo was well appointment and nicely updated. We were disappointed that the lanai off the master bedroom was dirty. We couldn't go out there without our feet turning black. The view was awesome. We did find the kitchen did not have a dish rack for air drying the hand washed dishes. I did purchase one and left it there. Hopefully it will still be there next year as we have rented that same unit for a week next March. The pool was very clean and refreshing.

This unit was great. Newly remodeled. Pink Shell Pool view out kitchen window Screened in patio with table and chairs and one chaise lounge, great for viewing sunsets and dolphins in am. The kitchen was well equipped, We only went out to eat one night. We found the maintenance man and he opened up a store room near the elevator on our floor; full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items for us to use . The pool was @15 x30. Nice patio chairs and chaise lounges by pool.We had a car so covered parking under the condo was nice. Dave with Beach acc. was very nice and helpful.

Perfect weather and accommodations! The place was clean and well cared for with a marvelous view. It took us one day to figure out bridge traffic - leave in afternoon and return at dusk made it easy. Because we stayed two weeks, we would have appreciated clean linens in between weeks and an extra roll of paper towels plus dishwasher soap. Also, a lack of recycling was troubling to us from the north where bottles and cans are collected. Adding a receptacle for this would be good for all.

The unit at BV on FMB was just perfect. Just the right size for our needs since we were traveling with elderly parents. The pictures on the web site were right on and the unit was just wonderful. It shows the TLC the ower has put in to their condo. I wish I could have one just like it!!! The view of the gulf and all that goes with the beautiful FMB was at our finger/toe tips. Location was great since we could walk to town square or north to the park. Would recommend this unit to friends or family traveling to FMB and someday may wish to rent it again ourselves...Thanks

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. We loved the screened balcony overlooking the ocean. The only thing that was disappointing was that the heater on the swimming pool was broken so we couldn't swim. There was plenty of convenient parking, too.
