Estero Island Beach Villas #201 has been renovated, which includes, but not limited to, new tile floors, all kitchen/bathroom cabinets with granite countertops, kitchen lighting and living room furniture, etc. The master bath contains a walk-in tiled shower!!! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo overlooks the pool area from the side windows. The beachfront screened lanai overlooks the Gulf waters and beaches. Flat screened TV in the living room has DVD and cable; bedrooms also have TV with cable. We loved the condo and the beach was beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again. The water was warm and clean, and the park at the end of the street was where we walked everyday. We also rented Kayaks and sup from them. Trolly convienent to everything. (Only suggestion - beach chairs)

Our unit was spotless. The view of the beach and gulf are fantastic. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful and we could sit on our screened in balcony and watch. We had our two granddaughters with us (age 7 and 9) and they described the place as awesome. The heated pool was great with pool toys for the girls. We had many great walks on the beautiful beach and found loads of shells for the girls to take home. The only drawback to our vacation was the traffic on the bridge if you left the island. It could take more than an hour to get back over the bridge. We would definitely come back - we loved it.

Second time we've stayed in the same exact condo. Very nice, great location, the best view every night at sundown. The front door overlooks the inside Bay, and the screened second floor deck is right over the board walk and two palm trees, and the sun sets right in front of you. The breeze always blows in the front door and out the patio and we've never used the air conditioning. Main part of the beach area is only about 5 blocks away, but I recommend renting a bike which was fun. I like being on the north tip of the island because it's quiet at night and the beach is way less crowded. Wish I could own one of these...lol

The online pictures looked inviting, but our expectations were exceeded when we stepped into the Condo!
We found the Condo to be very clean and enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathroom(s). The master bedroom and bath were beautiful!
We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony and watched the sunset every night. -

We had a wonderful vacation with our family, but thank goodness they were there. I would not have been able to cook if it wasn't for all the borrowing I had to do. I also don't think this unit is prepared for children. There were no plastic glasses, or plastic anything for that matter. Tile and glass do not mix with children. We did not break anything, but it would have been alot easier if we would of had some plastic. you mentioned a slight ant problem. O.M.G. I kept all my food in the refridgerator. I would cook super and the ants were all over every where, the rest of my family did not have a problem. I suspect there is a nest close to that unit. (401) I also did not have an iron or board and the rest of the units did.

It is truly unfortunate the guest did not contact us with their concerns, as both the signed/accepted rental agreement and the plaque on the inside of the entry door at eye level clearly states “If any items need attention, please contact our office immediately”. The condo association has a regular pest control service along with an onsite maintenance person and our company maintenance department, which would have addressed all concerns immediately.

The location of Beach accommodations to our condo was just a short drive. The home was adequate just not as big as it appears online. Location, location, location was excellent! Thank goodness for the beach expansion!!! Beautiful, quiet sunsets. Love the location of this condo.

My family and I (2 children that are 4 and 7 years old) stayed at Estero Island Beach Villas 201 BV201, managed by Beach Accommodations in Fort Myers. Everything was arranged by Beach Accomodations just as they had communicated...we were very pleased with the easy process.
The villa itself was really clean (important to my family and I) and had been recently renovated. The view from the corner unit of the beach was great. I didn't understand why they had screened in the porches, but I quickly understood since "Love Bugs" are all over the place in May...not really an annoyance though. The unit had granite, new floors, nice appliances, all the utensils you needed, a flat screen TV and fairly comfortable beds.
The pool was very small, but nice since my kids and I were the only ones in there most of the time. We enjoyed it. I wished they had more umbrellas for shade...they only had one in the patio area.
The beach out front is great. The water is brown and not as clear as some caribbean destinations, but overall o.k. The one thing this villa didn't provide were beach chairs or umbrellas, which would've been nice. A lot of other condos/villas did provide at least chairs/loungers.
Overall, I would go back and highly recommend the villa for its cleanliness, updated decor and location on the beach and proximity to Times Square/Bowditch Park.
