Villa Sul Mare, located in White Cap Beach Resort is the newest luxury resort on Fort Myers Beach. We don't use the term luxury loosely! Our guests love the open space, quality furnishing, beautiful kitchen and comment that it is "exceptionally clean." Villa sul Mare is a privately owned, 3 bedroom unit, located on the second floor of the White Cap Beach Resort; a small resort with just 10 units.

We're located in White Cap Beach Condos, a small 10 unit resort about 2 miles south of the city pier ~ mid-island ~ in a quiet residential area. We are directly across the street from Newton Park and one block north of Publix.

To RESERVE:
Hold Deposit of $50 required to reserve Villa sul Mare. This payment in applied to the total payment, however is non-refundable. Following the paid Hold deposit, a Rental Agreement and Reservation deposit invoice of 25% will be sent. This Reservation Deposit payment is refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in date. After this date it is partially refundable before 45 days and non-refundable within 30 days of the check-in date.
Final Payment: Balance is due 30 days in advance of Check-in.
Payment Types: Personal Check or Bank Account eTransfer are preferred. Credit card payments, are accepted, however are subject to 2.5% booking fees.
For stays less than one week, Cleaning fee is $150
11% Florida Lodging & Tourist tax on all rentals
* Must be 28 to rent without Chaperone

Villa Sul Mare was the perfect place for 5 girlfriends from junior high school to reconnect and relax - 40+ years later! Planning and booking was simple and the owner was delightful to deal with. The condo was more beautiful than the photos, elegant but comfortable décor and plenty of space, very well stocked with linens, beach towels, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, books, magazines & games. We loved the lanai facing the beach for a.m. coffee and evening wine, and when it was windy, we used the back lanai! The beach was just a few steps away, right across the street. Getting to Times Square and other "tourista" places was easy via the city trolley. We can't wait to plan our next visit!

my siblings and i wanted to celebrate our fathers 90th birthday ... what a great place to do so!!! our group of 7 adults had a great time... this condo was beautiful,clean and the perfect spot for all to enjoy!! our parents had a wonderfuf time and we made memories that we will have forever... we are already making plans for next year!!!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit had lots of towels including towels for the beach/pool, a Bocce ball set to use across the street, beach chairs, games, Dvds, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and beds, and many other amenities to make us feel at home. The grocery store was a half a block away, so convenient! In addition, the location mid-beach was great and allowed us a long walk in either direction. We took a couple of day trips down to Lover's Key and Barefoot beach parks, to the Everglades, and over to Sanibel/Captiva. The owner, Jenny, was very professional and provided us with information on restaurants, activities, and answered all our questions promptly. This was one of our family's favorite vacations!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

When we first arrived at the condo, we were blown away at how clean it was and how nicely decorated it was. The pictures do not do it justice! We have stayed at many other 5 star hotels and condos and this one tops the charts! The owner goes above and beyond by providing beach towels and chairs as well as being accessible if any problems occured. When we first arrived the air conditioning unit was not working properly and I only had to phone once and it was fixed within a matter of a few hours. The condo itself is huge with lots of room for 6-8 people. It is very comfy and cozy but also allows for privacy if travelling with others. We will definitely return to Fort Myers Beach and would love to be able to stay here again! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The location of the condo is fantastic; the beach is only steps away, and quite pristine. The condo is very upscale, yet the rate is very affordable. One of Florida's top rated beaches is just down the road (Lover's Key State Park). A Publix grocery store is only two doors down, and a trolly picks you up right outside the Publix to take you into town. The town is full of great shops, restaurants, and various types of entertainment in Time's Square. This is a trip that all ages can enjoy. The White Cap Condos have a large pool, everything you can ask for at your fingertips. Of all of the numerous places we have stayed in southern FL, this was one of our very favorite!

This is a wonderfully appointed condo. The condo had all the amentities of home! It's location is amazing. The beach is clean with beautiful white sand and clear water. The resturant selection on the island was great and we never experienced anything but superior service and food.

What a wonderful trip. Check-in was a breeze and the condo has everything you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped and huge!! The bedrooms are comfortable and the view is fantastic. Across the street from the beach and within walking distance to groceries.. who could as for more?

Loved having such a well maintained quiet beach right out front. Beach chairs provided with beautiful large condo that has every comfort of home. Great for long term rental. Avoid the traffic in this quiet island location. Walk next door to fabulous grocery store and serene back bay marina with boat rentals and one of southwest Florida's best restaurants Bayfront Bistro (per critics reviews and rankings). The charming island environment forces you to relax and take it easy. Wonderful vacation spot! Can't wait to go back!

A most excellent "Girls" trip began and ended with our enjoyable stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with ample space! The kitchen is well stocked and everything is virtually new. The owner gave us restaurant recommendations and everything was as it was advertised...even better really. The management company, who is on the island, is very friendly and made the check-in easy. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone...we loved it!
