The apartment is fantastic, every thing was very well organized. My only disappointment was the beach, the water was brown and stinky we couldn't use the beach.

Thank you for your review, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay and sorry the ocean was not up to its normal crystal clear condition – unfortunately the Army Corp of Engineers opened the locks from Lake Okeechobee 2 weeks ago, this is a very rare occurrence and it does cause the water to turn brackish, although this does not look to good, it is perfectly safe to swim in – The ocean will be back to normal within a few days – Regards,, Gary

The Beach Villa was very "homey" and welcoming! Right on the beach and within a few blocks walking distance to the Time Square...where all the action is! If I had any complaints, it would be the lack of kleenex, tp and paper towels. We made many trips to the close by 7-11.
We were really happy to know that beach towels and beach chairs were available in the condo! Even a small ice chest! Gary and Wendy were wonderful to work with as well!! We will most definantly go back! -

Stayed at the Beach Villa the week before Christmas with the family and we had a great time! The location is perfect: right on the beach (which is very quiet compared to closer to the pier) but within walking distance of the pier and the action of times square. The Pink Shell is right next door which is nice because there is a stand for parasailing, jet ski rental, etc. right in front of it. We had a corner unit with incredible views of the gulf and you can't beat the sound of the waves while falling asleep! Was definitely a great stay!

The condo was very nice although the bathrooms / showers could use some updating, but overall it was vey enjoyable.
The only down side to our stay was the construction going on the beach- but we were aware of this ahead of time. Wendy and Ted from Universal were very helpfull and did a great job. -

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the beach was beautiful. The only downside was the reconstruction of the beach which was a little noisy at times but will we grand when it is finished.

My husband and I loved staying here. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo is gorgous and very clean. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and it was easy to get around.

I love the north end of the island! We actually stayed in a bungalow when kids were little apparently where the existing building is here at 250 Estero. The property was great, weather too. Our only dislikes were the house full of college kids nest door and apparently some in our bldg (vomit in front of elevator) I would have liked to been able to utilize more at Pink Shell, apparently some units in bldg were able to do that...maybe residents should get that privilege back. And the recycling/garbage was an issue. There was only one shoot for garbage and nothing clearly marked for recycling. I carried my recyclables to another area - just can't put them in the trash and by last day trash chute was backed up to the 4th floor. So with those glitches, I'd still come back and stay! It was a great vacation!

My husband and I as well as our four teenagers spent a week at this lovely and clean condo. It is located on the north end of Ft Myers Beach and was very quite and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and more! It was nice that there are 2 comfortable double beds in the second bedroom for the kids, so no one had to sleep on a sofa sleeper. We highly recommend this condo.
