White Cap Condos are one of the best kept secrets on Ft Myers Beach. They are located directly opposite a quiet section of white sand beach, a short stroll to the supermarket and some excellent waterfront dining. Check in is quick and easy and the units themselves are very spacious with balconies front and rear and high end furnishings. We opted for a 3 bed unit, not for the number of bedrooms, but because the living area is so much bigger. Definitely one of the best luxury vacation values on the beach.

We stayed at the Cancun in the White Cap condos Fort Myers and had a fabulous time. The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and had all the amenities needed. The beach is right across the road where you could walk for miles and enjoy the beach in a not overly crowded area. The condo is also conveniently located walking distance from a grocery store (Publix). The condo is located close to town where there are many restaurants to enjoy and a busier beach to visit. The trolley to town was convenient, cheap and a great way to go into the town. Universal Vacations was good to deal with and I would recommend this place for all.

Spent the Christmas Holidays at White Caps - Cancun and it was very nice. The condo is very spacious - - -Master bedroom suite is very nice size...bedroom adequate space and very comfortable bed...large bathroom and walk-in closet. All the ammenities of home provided throughout the condo ---blenders, baking dishes, beach towels and chairs---everything you can possibly want and need. Condo is also very conveniently located right across the street from the beach; right next door the Publix grocery store and about 1.5 half to Times Square. We rented two condos with 11 people in our party - ranging in age from 10-76. There was something for everyone. We played golf, rented bikes and jet ski's and found a marvelous local restaurant that had the best cinnamon rolls! Delish! Back to the Condo...very nice furniture...Crate & Barrel quality with all stainless steel appliances. We did little cooking, though my husband surprised my mom by baking his homemade roll while we were there. One little blemish was that the washer machine was not working. Someone from the management company came by and assured us that a repair man would be by that afternoon or at the latest the following day. Very unfortunately, a repair man never showed up and with teenagers it would have been nice to have access to the washer machine. Other than that, we all enjoyed the condo and will definitely recommend it to others!
