This was our family's first trip to FMB. We came in for a beach wedding. After quite a search, I found this condo. I communicated back & forth with Gail. She was pleasant to talk with & very prompt & informative.
We flew in from Indana. We were very pleased the moment we walked in the door!
We loved the extra security the building takes. Gail & John went out of their way to make sure that you felt at home! The place was beautifully furnished, very clean. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, blender, toaster, microwave,etc. There was a big bag of ice in the freezer, all kinds of spices, teas, coffee, sweeteners, ketchup, etc.
There was plenty of toiletres, laundry supplies, dish detergent,towels, shampoo, hand soap, body soap... we found more and more; books, puzzles, board games. They even had live plants! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! This side is nice and quiet, just what we needed. If we wanted action, we could jump in the car and head down the road a piece and there it was! The shells on the beach were abundant! We used the pool everyday. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit greatly!
We are recyclers, so we loved that the building had recycling for paper, plastic and metals. Thank you.
The wedding was very nice, but on the busier part of FMB. It made us thankful that we could go back to our condo and enjoy the peaceful quiet. We even tried the trolley one day to go to Times Square. Very clean and efficient, and not costly at all!
We definitely would recommend this condo. So much room! Three bedrooms and two baths! You don't find that everyday!
Oh, one more thing! The building had it's own grocery cart! We first thought that was odd, but when we came back from Publix with a lot of groceries, it was very handy!
We plan on coming back again! Thank you so much Gail and John for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The best part is the location. We were here for a week in the summer with 3 young children. We could walk out to the private beach each day. Beach chairs and sand/water toys are provided by the owner. We saw lots of sea life on our visit when walking along the beach. It is definitely the quiet side of the island. The owner was great to work with and we felt very much at home. The building is older, but felt safe as you had to have a key to go up the stairs or on the elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, but one of them is quite small. The bathrooms were smaller, too. But for the price and location, we felt it was a good deal. We cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen. Good supply of utensils for cooking and eating. One of the bedroom closets had a bunch of puzzles, books, and movies for any rainy days. We would stay again!

this condo I can highly recommend, very clean, comfortable, washer and dryer in unit,nice pool, beautiful beach to swim and walk great for shelling and to see many birds and dolphin swimming by, close tog rocerystore, libary and Pier.

This is the first time we've been to Ft. Myers Beach. We searched the internet and decided upon this unit. It was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities, such as paper towels, etc were there to get us started on our vacation without having to go to the store.The location was excellent as it is at the south end of the beach, away from the crowds on the north end. The whole giant beach was basically ours. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely want to stay there should we go to FT. Myers Beach again.

a big piece of paradise right under you nose and your toes. Unobstructed ocean views, fantastic beach for walking or relaxing. This condo is close to the town but far enough away from the noise and hassle. the pool is fantastic and the condo comes very well equiped, down to beach chairs, beach toys and pool noodles so you don't have to worry about a thing !!! Perfect

Great beach and view of the Gulf. Good for family. Nice pool. Close to Lover's Key. On South end of Island, less traffic. Quiet location. Maintenance of building and cleanliness is very good. Unit is owned and maintained by caring couple, no agency to contact. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Our 6th year here. We look forward to coming back.
