This one bedroom 9th floor condo enjoys breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and sunset views. It is a 1 bedroom efficiency with a king size bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa that is located at the quiet southern end of Ft. Myers Beach. It is only one block from shopping, restaurants and marina and minutes away from other recreational activities such as golf, fishing, parasailing, jet skiing and Casino cruises. Many churches, a library, movie theater, miniature golf and bowling alley are only minutes away. A completely furnished turnkey apartment for a fun-filled carefree vacation that is only missing one thing -- YOU!

My husband and I had looked and looked for a place to stay for months, during our searching nothing was quite perfect for us. This is until we found this property. It was exactly what we wanted. Beachfront, perfect location, wonderful neat and beautiful grounds. The unit was clean, and very welcoming. Everything we needed was there! We will definitely contact Ric next time we stay in Fort. The condo was great. The pool area was wonderful, it had both sunny area and shade if you wanted it. There was all kinds of wild birds to watch, and the beach was really nice and clean. We will rent this condo again and have already given our friends the name of this condo owner. Thanks

This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation ever. Peaceful beach/gulf views with awesome small private beach, gorgeous property grounds, big terrace, nice and clean spacious studio with big bedroom. We can't wait to go back this year once again! The owner is also very nice to do business with.
