My family and I had a blast on our vacation in Ft. Myers Beach. We loved our condo we stayed in, and it was perfect for my family. There are several things that we absolutely loved about our stay. They consist of the following:
1. Extremely close to the beach.
2. Beautiful room. (My wife and I are actually trying to find the same type of comforter that was on our bed down there for our bed back home, as well as the light in the kitchen. We just can't find them anywhere up here)!
3. Kathleen and Bonnie were wonderful to rent from. We had an issue with the washing machine, and they split the cost of having it fixed with us. That was the right thing to do. Any other business would have made the renter pay the full price. These guys are great to rent from.
4. The "full-timers" that are their year-round were fantastic. They welcomed us to the area, offered assistance, actually invited us to a BBQ they were having and were just great to be around.
We just had such a wonderful time at the condo, which we spent more time than I had thought we would have. We had originally planned to stay on the northern side of the gulf (around Gulf Shores). A friend told us to check into Ft. Myers Beach and suggested Coquina. I'm so glad they did, even though it resulted in an extra 7 hours in driving one way, it was well worth it. Thank you so much for the memories for my family and I. We will never forget them!

have been coming to FMB since 1984. We love the area and this condo was like packing up the house and bringing it with us. I short walk to the beach and the beach cart came in very handy. Didnt think we would like not being on the beach since that is all we have ever known but it really wasnt an issue. Would definately come again.

This condo is very neat and tidy with many recent improvements. The bathrooms and kitchen are up-to-date and well kept. We were pleased with how well stocked with amenities the unit was with just about everything you'd need to live comfortably for a while. The pool was very clean and well maintained as were the grounds surrounding the condo. The location is convenient - whether you are heading to Times Square or south to the shopping center. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the beach is excellent.

very nicely decorated and well equipped condo, very homey and comfortable...perfect lanai for eating drinking and just watching the sun sets over the gulf...good location, trolly stops right outside the building...20 min beach walk to grocery store...perfect little vacation.

This was a great getaway, condo was perfect had everything we needed and was neat and clean. The condo is just a two minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the Tiki Bar and a 10 minute walk to the Holiday Inn. We are planning our trip back!
