Spacious, comfortable 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with King bed and sleeper sofa, newly upgraded in a nautical motif. Located on the quiet south end of the Island, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and boat rental.
The only condo resort in a Marina setting on the Island with the largest pool on the Island and a hot tub. There is a public golf course next door. Boat slip with lift also available with this unit.
