The condo was all that it was advertised to be-no hidden surprises. Location is excellent and just a skip/hop to the beach. Open the sliding doors, hear the surf 24/7. My husband and I would return to this area and expecially this condo.

Wabash, INGreat Vacation!
Left on 04/25/2013 for a stay in April 2013
We had a great time at this condo in april 2013. Our view of the ocean and pool were great. Our building had a locked gate which made us feel very safe. We had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals during our stay. We were happy to have a washer/dryer in the complex.
The pool area is in a fenced in area. We were not crowded since we were there during the off season. That area might get crowded during peak season.
Our unit was very clean and well kept.
We had a good experience with the property management, too. -

Hi,
we recently stayed in February, 2013. We have been to Ft Myers beach area many times and stayed at various condos over the last 25 yrs. with and without our family and friends. This time it was a much needed break by my husband and myself. We had a fabulous rest and a lot of fun. Busy when we wanted to and just relaxing on the beach or by the pool. The condo was lovely and newly renovated. Just what we needed.

Saginaw, MIGreat Stay - Very quite
Left on 04/14/2010 for a stay in April 2010
Condo was very nice - recently updated. Beds were decent, nice tile and carpet throughout. The bathroom set-up worked good for our family, Husband, wife and two teenage girls.
Unit is directly over the pool - could hear everything going on in the pool. Pool closes at dark and an elderly gentlemen told us to get out of the pool as it was closed. However, the sign also indicated that the pool did not open until 9 am, yet the older tenents were in the pool around 7:30 am. We heard all of this based on our lahnia being about 10 feet from the pool.
The sunsets were great. Directly on the beach was great. The palm trees were great. The setting really makes you feel like you are in paradise.
No need to get up early and reserve chairs at the pool or space on the beach. Never crowded. The sand on the beach is powder white and soft. Saw dolphins swim by every day.
The location was great, mid island. We were there during spring easter break and the traffic was bad, regularly backed up from Times Square to our location. We avoided Times Square at night, choosing to head south for dinners. If you want to shop in Times Square, go about 10am. Then get back to the condo and beach.
Lahaina Island Accommodations worked out great for us. Communication was good, got the key no problem, received a call on Monday to see it everything was good.
Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was clean, modern, well equipped with everything we needed. The porch has newer, very comfortable furniture that we used often to gaze at the ocean. The worst part was the traffic and not being able to get into Times Square during the evening. -

The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the Gulf. It wasn't crowded. We enjoyed the pool. The elevator never worked while we were there, but otherwise very happy with everything.

This rental was fine. We asked for and was told this place had a king size bed. However, it was a queen. We experienced some trouble with gnats coming out of the sink everytime we ran water. We also had ants in the bedroom on the carpet, furniture, bedding, etc. A bottle of bug spray took care of both problems however. The pool and the grounds are wonderful. We felt like we had the place to ourselves.
There was an issue about us returning the keys which we did on our early departure because of Hurricane Fay. It seems there was a communication problem with the staff within the Lahaina office about who had the keys. It was finally resolved. -

We were a little nervous at first renting a unit off the internet but after reading the reviews, we decided to take a chance. I am glad we did because this renatl was perfect. It had a great view of the ocean, get mid-island location and the sunsets were truly breathtaking. My boys had a blast playing on the beach, building sand animals, looking for sand dollars, and watching the dolphins swim by every morning. We took a few trips down to the pier, walked around the shops, and ate at some of the restaurants. Eveyone was very nice and the food was great. We took advantage of the pool and met some of the other vacationers. There was a gas grill we could use which was perfect for late dinners after coming in off the beach.
I see us coming back to this same rental. It was just far enough away from the main section of the island so there was no noise which made sitting on the beach or on the patio in the morning at night even more peaceful.
The rental company was also very helpful. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat and some island stuff to do. Great for someone who has never been to the area.
Great place. Enjoy!
