We visited Sunset Cottage for Spring Break 2013 and cannot speak highly enough! We have two teenagers ages 17 and 16 (and each took a friend). The home was the prefect size for the 6 of us. Beautifully furnished, all kitchen essentials, beach towels and chairs all provided. The home is about a 5 minute walk from the Town Square where all the action happens so it was very convenient and safe. We never felt like we had to watch over the safety of the kids, they walked the beach and went into town without worry. I would not say the restaurants in the area were anything fantastic. We went to the grocery store and cooked most meals at the house. A grill and all necessities are provided. We had dinner one evening at Doc Ford's Rum Bar one evening and it was fantastic!!! Highly recommend the Yucatan Shrimp!!! Diane with Universal Vacations is awesome!!!

The cottage was a great place to stay. Its like a little sugar shack down by the beach! It was comfortable with many great amenities, such as a Hot Tub and and a gas grill. It was about a 100 ft walk to the beach an One block walk from Times square so convient but yet far enough away from times square so that you avoided all the noise.

Great Place! Wish I could live there. Convenient to everything needed but out of the way of any major traffic and greatest beach in the country!
Very Clean and comfortable house. Well Maintained and just a 1 minute walk to beach. Beach area is just perfect distance from busy area of beach. Not a private beach by any means but not in the middle of Crazy either. Spring break was in full when we were there and did not crowd or interfere with our beach area at all!
We Loved it!!!
