Located on the popular quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach at 250 Estero Blvd. just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. _ mile). Also a few minutes' walk to the northern tip of the island where you will find a nature preserve, walking trails, small concession, and information center. We stayed in unit 402 in april 2013. The unit was tastefully remodeled and quite comfortable. Decor and color was very appealing. Views were amazing and we were able to see sunrises in the morning from either kitchen window, rear bedroom or open entry door and stand outside. The views from lanai and master bedroom were terrific. We saw dolphins in the morning and even got to see a school of manatees one day (which is somewhat rare for this time of the year). Beach accomodations (Kristen) was a pleasure to work with. Only suggestions would be to add a few more tupperware type containers with lids for leftover food or to store food. And it would have been nice to have beachchairs, beachtowels, cooler (for beach) and (for kids) maybe some kids toys (shovel/bucket for beach). You can rent chairs on beach but chairs are old and wooden and it was $25 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella. If we booked through Pink Shell then we could use their chairs but their prices to book are high. Beach accomodations were better rates. Since we are on the beach it would have been nice to have these amenities (like some other places/units offer). We flew to Ft Myers Beach and cannot pack this stuff and do not want to spend money to buy this stuff and not be able to take home. All in all loved our time in Fort Myers Beach and loved the Estero Island Beach Villas and Unit 402. We would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Friends of ours came by one day and loved the place as well. Thanks for everything!!!

The condo was very nice. Everything was updated and well kept. It was in a nice, quiet location. Being next to the Pink Shell resort was convenient as well. We could take advantage of their restaurant and spas and the rental shack on the beach. Didn't have to travel to book para sailing, wave runners, etc. Overall a great experience and we had a lot of fun!!

We really enjoyed our time at 402! It's a lovely place..updated, great location and beautiful view. It was a last minute find for us, but so glad we found it!

this is a very clean and renovated condo. walking distance to downtown and a resort next door for watersports and the odd lunch. beach has been refurbished
