Each condo unit has a private screened large balcony, free local and long distance calling (USA only), wireless WIFI for your use in the condo and on the property. Payment Policy: To secure a reservation on line or by phone a $300.00 reservation fee is due at time of booking by credit card and will apply to rent. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept checks, money order (in US funds), traveler checks, and credit cards. If final payment is not received 45 days prior to your reservation it will be canceled and re-booking will be subject to availability. A credit card will remain on file and will be charged in the event there is damage or extra cleaning.
Cancellation Policy: We know things happen and plans change however we rely on advanced reservations and cancellation cannot always be filled. To be fair to all concerned our Policy is as follows:
All rental fees less a $50.00 cancellation fee are refundable if reservation is canceled at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations 45 days or less of arrival will forfeit all monies retained. Refunds will be provided for any dates that are re-rented less the $50.00 cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee refunds but make every effort to re-rent canceled reservations. Once you make a reservation online or by phone you agree to the terms and conditions of our rental and cancellation policies. To protect against the loss of your rental payment, Travel Insurance is STRONGLY recommend..

The best thing about staying in a condo versus a hotel, is you can actually 'live there'. With a full kitchen and all ammeneties, you don't have to go out for every meal and you're not living in one room. There is room enough for a family, with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, and the lanai is perfect overlooking the Gulf. It is also very clean and the mangers of the property take great care in making sure guests are accommodated and feel very welcomed. I have traveled to Fort Myers Beach for almost 18 years and staying at Pointe South is my preferred place to stay.
