the blue sofa/couch was hard to sit on very long
witch would not matter if there was a beach umbrella and two nice chairs? also you should look into a recycling program for that building!!! -

Warren, MiWe enjoyed the views and sunsets.
Left on 03/28/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The unit was comfortable and furnishings were adequate.
My recommendations: get a new can opener, clean the carpeting. Warn people about the main bedroom door. If you open the lanai doors the door could blow shut and actually lock itself. I put paper in the jam to stop it from locking. I also liked the parking facility and the location. -

Columbus, OhioGreat views of Gulf and Bay!
Left on 01/19/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Very nice location and views, both sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf from screened balconies. A 15 minute walk on the beach to the Ft. Myers Beach pier and beach shops & restaurants, 5 minutes to beach park at the north end of Estero Island. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and works also for 8 with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Nicely furnished and has washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. Unit was a little pricey over the holidays.

Estero Island Beach Villa Review
Columbus, OHRelaxing vacation, plentiful sun, wonderful accommodations!
Left on 03/03/2011 for a stay in February 2011
This was our first visit to Estero Island Beach Villas after 25 years of visiting Ft. Myers Beach. We truly loved the location as it was a short walk to the pier and Times Square. The pool was nice, a little small but was well-kept and clean. A word of warning to parents with young children-you are next to the Pink Shell Resort that has an awesome pool, so trust me they will be drooling looking at it!!! Our unit was clean and very spacious--a little out-dated in the decor, but it's vacation so who cares!! Overall, an excellent unit and wonderful location. We loved it so much we are going back in June and bringing our extended family!!!

Estero Beach Villas Unit 506, Fort Myers BeachBeautiful Ocean View from Screened Lanai
Left on 04/01/2010 for a stay in March 2010
The unit was nice, but not luxurious. The kitchen was adequate, but lacking in
a few things. I prefer to eat in so a complete kitchen is important to me. The
ad for the unit says that it sleeps six, so I was expecting a pullout couch.
There was no pullout couch. Also there were extra blankets, but no extra
sheets or pillowcases. there were adequate towels, but few more tea towels in
the kitchen would have been appropriate. When I got home, I went on line and
the Pink Shell offered the exact same units for rent at $500 cheaper than I had
paid. I am a bit annoyed about that. Why are they charging less and they
actually allow renters to use their beautiful facilities?
On the positive side, the view was beautiful. The condo was fairly clean. The
location was great and the beach was lovely.
We had a good time, but I feel a little cheated and mis-informed.Response from Beach Accommodations - 04/03/2010
Manager
I am afraid you are mistaken. The $500.00 is a nightly rate. The pink shell Beach Villas are substantially more due to the amenties pass. Also the units are self catering so if you do soil your linens there are washer and dryers in the units to wash them. There are dish towels in the kitchen for your convience. We are glad you enjoyed the view.

Wrightstown, WisconsinOverall, a nice place to stay
Left on 01/17/2010 for a stay in December 2009
The unit that we stayed in was 506. We had some issues with the door lock that needs to be fixed (hard to open) but other than that, the place was clean and comfortable. The unit could be updated a bit, but everything was functional. We also rented #706 which has been updated with new tv's, granite countertops, tile floors , nicer bath fixtures etc. Both are great end units with screened lanais on both the bay and gulf side
The pool was smaller, but very warm and very clean - it was a great place when the weather was cooler.
Used the grills - always kept very clean.
Beach was beautiful and we had a great view of the beach and the gulf.
You're not missing anything by not being part of the Pink Shell resort. Yes, the pool is nicer, but you;re there for the beach and the surrounding areas
I'd definately stay there again. -

Left on 03/10/2009 for a stay in March 2009
We just spend a week in Ft. Myers at this rental condo which was the first for us instead of hotels and/or resorts. This condo has a wonderful view of the beach, water and sunsets. It was well located (except for traffic on the bridge)and very well equipped.
We would recommend this property to anyone as there was a mixture of age groups.Response from Beach Accommodations - 12/17/2009

chicago, ilGreat Place!
Left on 12/17/2008 for a stay in December 2008
The condo was awesome- very clean and large. Great location and beautiful beach right out front. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was very nice. The lighting and fans were great and all on remote control. There were two screened in porches with great views on each. The front of the condo looked directly on to the beach and sanibel island and the back overlooked the bay. I would hishly recommend this unit and the property all together. We rented this from beach accommidations.com.
The only suggestion is that the building would recycle. -

Great for a family
Left on 06/30/2008 for a stay in June 2008
No complaints at all. The unit was very clean and plenty of space. We are a family of 6 with kids from 16 down to 3. Being a corner unit part of the view to the south was a little obscured by the center of the building, but both lanais (the rear one overlooking the bay) were wonderful! Plenty of sleeping room, kitchen had everything we needed (except filters for the coffee maker, remember to bring some). Kids enjoyed the pool when they wanted quieter time.
Great location and value.
