Love this unit and location. We stay here every year. Unit is nice and views are great. Only wish the couch were more comfortable. Always have at least one day that you are stuck inside and would be nice to relax on the couch and watch some movies. Have recommended this building to family and friends. Everyone who listens always loves the experience. Beach Accommodations has always been great to work with.
Would you recommend this vacation rental to a friend?

We love this location and always stay here. The beach is private enough that you are not crowded and the pool is always relaxing. The unit is well maintained and offers great views of the gulf and the bay. Have recommended this to several of my friends as great vacation spot. Read more

The beach villas are located perfectly between Estero bay and the sea, so you have both wonderful views.
It is one of many stays there for us so it is still a great place.
We would like to suggest to may change the sofa. For travellers coming with the plane it would be helpful to find some beach chairs in the apartment.
Best vacation ever!

This unit is truly a hidden secret. Two Lanai's offer a breathtaking view of the gulf and another of the bay. You can lay in bed in the master and watch the sun come up over the bay and the sunset from the living room. There are also 5 side windows so you have a panoramic view at all times. It is located next to the Pink Shell Resort and we saw several weddings at that property, they make sure all festivities are ended by 10:00 so it is quiet after that for all guests.
There were just a few cleaning issues with the unit, the shower has some mold that needs to be addressed, the carpets are ready to be cleaned and it needs a new coffee pot. Other than that, it was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would rent this same unit over and over, a great time. We so did not want to leave it. The food on the island was excellant at every restaurant we visited, a very pleasant surprise. Be sure to rent a pontoon boat and cruise the bay for 4 hours a fabulous afternoon! We will return and hope Unit 706 is available.

Just a wonderful week in a very clean and well kept unit. It had all the amenities as advertised. Beach accommodations were very easy to work with and check in and check out was very uneventful. The location is ideal for easy on and off of the the island with all kinds of shopping right down the street. Also, great restaurants are very close. The only negative we would have and it was fairly minor was the noise and activity associated with Pink Shell, all daytime. No nightime issues at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. Being located on the 7 floor is wonderful with a panoramic view. But best of all, the gorgeous sunsets out over Sanibel!

The best part is sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening off both lanais. It was comfortable and most things provided. At the price we paid, would have liked it to have been cleaner and mold in showers was not pleasant. Also would be nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. We do enjoy the beach and action in the area. The red tide was horrible and water so dirty this year during our stay.
Overall nice trip

Lock on lockbox at rental agency difficult to open. Floors dirty upon arrival to unit. Faucet handle in 2nd bath unattached. Food stains on kitchen cupboards and curtains. Town area too busy, traffic terrible. Condo area quiet, good parking. Beach was beautiful but had to rent beach chairs from resort next door. Pool too small for number of units in condo. Grill area nice.
Wonderful Time in Villa 706

We stayed in Villa 706 the week of 2/18/2012. The condo was more than what we could have expected. Very clean and we had no complaints at all.
The view from the condo was great. The beach outside the condo was wonderful. The condo pool was small but we had no problems with it.
We were concerned about renting a condo over the Internet but in this situation we had no complaints at all. We are planning on coming back next year.
We found Ft. Myers Beach to be very clean and the people were wonderful. Many restaurants were in walking distance of the condo. There was alot of traffic in Ft. Myers beach but if you left the island early in the morning or late at night it was not a big deal.
Fyi: You can rent beach chairs on a daily basis on the beach but they are very expensive. We decided to purchase our own chairs at a local store. Based on renting chairs for the entire week it was much cheaper to purchase our own chairs than renting them on a daily basis.
Great location, lovely condo, beautiful view.

We enjoyed our vacation at Beach Villas. Our condo was lovely and very comfortable. Two lanais were great. The location is great. Close enough to walk to restaurants etc. but on a quieter section of the beach. Service wss great. Ft. Myers is a nice area with lots to do.

Our stay in 706 in the Estero Island Beach Villas was wonderful. Each year my sisters and I get together to celebrate ourselves and completely relax and enjoy each other's company. This year was no exception. The company was great and the accommodations at Estero Island Beach Villas were even better than the photographs on the website.
Wonderful place, great location on the beach!

Loved this condo. It was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, was located close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this place. Loved the screened in balcony. The master suite had a balcony with a view of the sunrise and the other balcony off the living room had a wonderful view of the sunset. Everything was supplied - except I called and asked about coffee filters, they said they had them, but we had to make a special trip to the store for them. Only negative is that on Saturday night the Pink Shell Hotel next door played a movie by the swimming pool and that was very loud. I ruined the ambiance of the view. Fun to watch weddings at the hotel next door too.

The views and location of the condo were great. The furnishings were very nice and everything was clean. Pool and pool area are small but majority of people spent time on the beach and in the ocean so it wasn't overcrowded at all. The bugs were really bad and wished we had been aware so we had protected ourselves more on first excursion out of the condo in the evening but we learned after that. They were working on reestablishing the beach when we were there so we would like to see it when they complete the work. Large equipment working at night did not bother us at our condo but would imagine that it would if they were working right in front of your building.
It was good to come back even though we had problems with aC

We enjoyed a second time our stay in this beautiful located apartment. The problems with the broken air condition were solved after we had direct contact to Dave and Candace who cared personally.

Normally we stay on the south island, but wanted to try something new. We couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was fantastic with an unbelievable view and walking distance with the kids in the stroller to the shops and restaurants at time square as well as the playground. Travel hint- have lunch next store at the Pink Shell- The Mahi Mahi fish sandwich is always a favorite. We will definitely stay here again.

The Condo was clean and up to date, I especially appreciated the small things such as coffee filters in the cabinet. The View was exceptional being an end unit you have a front and back lanai and when the February winds kicked up we just went to the back. times square is a short walk away and the trolley picks up and drops off at the villas.
