A recently remodeled upper level corner studio condo located within Polynesian Vacation Villas, which is a very cute Gulf Side complex with only 12 units. Steps to everything, located just a short walk from Times Square area. This condo includes all the amenities for a couple, great for a week or longer stay on a budget! Reserved parking area. This studio condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, queen bed, sleeper sofa, cable TV, A/C and Free Local Calls. Partial gulf views from the front porch sitting area. . I stayed for the entire month of January and loved it. My unit was clean and well appointed. The few problems I had were taken care of efficiently and courtiously.I would stay there again !!! Much closer to the beach than the pictures seem to show.

I suppose for the price it was OK. The bar across the street was noisy until late at night. Having no Wifi in the room was an inconvenience.
Overall it was fair, I wouldn't rent there again but the price was good for the time of year. In order to not to hear noise across the street had to turn on a/C blower. -

We had a wonderful week on Ft. Myers Beach. The accommodations were clean and adequately supplied with towels, coffee maker and other necessities. The living space is small, but the furniture is arranged for maximum utility. The queen-size bed was a bit small for us. It was an upper floor apartment, and the stairs were steep for taking luggage up and down. Other than that, we had a great time and the apartment more than met our needs.

Overall I rate it a 7 out of 10. A little to much furniture for the small area their is. Great location. Perfect distance away from the center of action. Shamrock Pub across the street was VERY LOUD. Bands playing until sometimes 1 o' clock in the morning.
