Breathtaking Gulf Front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, condo, located on the popular north end of Fort Myers Beach at 250 Estero Blvd. Just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. 3/4 mile). Also a few minutes walk to the northern tip of the island where you will find a nature preserve, walking trails, small concession, and information center. We loved the condo and the area. The front view of ocean and back view of the bay were great. Kristen at Beach accommodations was so helpful. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Wish we could of stayed another month.

This condo was in superb condition, beautifully decorated, and very clean. So much nicer than the rental we had in the past, south of the square area. The carpet is clean and appears to be new, the granite counter tops in the kitchen and in the bathrooms are elegant, and the kitchen is well appointed.
The northern end of Fort Myers Beach is much quieter with less traffic, but the business/bar district is a walkable distance away. The beach is clean and quiet, just beautiful.Response from Beach Accommodations - 11/09/2012

Condo was clean and comfortable. Beach was great! Pool is very small but ocean is calm enough for even the smallest kids to swim in.

You just can not beat the fact that you have this beautiful view of the gulf from your living space while vacationing in SW Florida.
However the BV 302 does need some major up dating. I will be more careful the next time I rent a unit by viewing the web site photos and reading the descriptions of each unit before I decide.
The pool is too small, but the beach is excellent.
Walking distance to Times square is a plus.
Over all, thank you for providing a great service to our vacation. -

This was an Christmas gift for my husbund. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Early am walks on the beach searching for shells and enjoying the dolphins and wild life were our favorite part. Accomodations were comfortable and watching sunsets and the moon/stars over the gulf were wonderful. We usually eat out but actually ate most of our meals on the lenei so we could enjoy the view. Location was great and we walked to many activites. What a wonderful escape from the cold north winter.

Estero Beach Villa #302 was a great vacation spot. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the master bedroom with sliding door off the ocean. Great spot for teenagers. The North end is much more family friendly. After we stocked up on groceries, we never needed our car again, everything was within walking distance.

It is not comfortable to sleep at night with temp. above 75 degrees so the air con will not leak all over the floor. Someone had unhooked the cable on tv and we had to rehook and resync channels in the second bedroom and living room. Frustrating. Need to have blow dryers in each bath, trashbags are a luxury item? Beach chairs please! We flew down so suitcase space is precious. Beach towels could be a nice surprise. Will stay at EBV again but not that unit unless it is upgraded.

Nice place, great scenic views. Bv 302 is a nice condo, the only significant thing that needs fixing is both sliding doors in the master bath; neither one worked well. Only other downside was the traffic. The island was absolutely packed and traffic was terrible. Would definitely come back but at a less busy time.

We were fortunate to stay at Beach Villas #302 for a week.Accomodations were fantastic. View from the screened in porch are great. Sunsets need to be seen. While weather was cool everything else was great. Heated pool was perfect. This whole building is maintained immaculately.
