Located on the popular quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach at 250 Estero Blvd. Just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. 3/4 mile). Also a few minutes walk to the northern tip of the island where you will find a nature preserve, walking trails, small concession, and information center. The beach was beautiful and the condo was very nice. I wish the second bedroom had a queen instead of 2 full-size beds. Lots of couples vacation together and it's hard to find the right accomodations. The pool that belongs to the complex was closed by the health department the last two days we were there, but we enjoyed it tremendously every other day. We walked the beach every day. It was really nice being close enough to walk downtown and far enough to make it relaxing when we wanted down time.

This condo was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Loved the location on the north end of the beach.
I will say there must have been some college kids in the condo above us the week we were there, as we could hear them moving furniture around all hours of the night, but I guess it was Spring Break week. -

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. The location is perfect, great access to the beach and the downtown activities. We most enjoyed staying on the quiet end of the island.

My family recently spent 6 nights in unit 105. The view from the lanai, master bedroom and living room was great.
The condo was comfortable, clean and nice. The front door was a little bit difficult to open due to the condition of the deadbolt.
The private beach is much less crowded than public areas and very enjoyable.
There are many excellent restaurants in the area with great food and service. -

The place was a wonderful home away from home atmosphere with a hint of Carribbean style. The gentle breeze from the Gulf constantly filled the air at our villa. It was a close walk to the beach and a step away from the beach excursions. The sand was white and the dolphins abundant. Our villa was on the first floor and very close to the neighboring condo. Unfortunately we experienced the banging of the gate to the entrance of the condo next door, this was somewhat distracting. We would definately get a villa on the 3rd or 4th floor and further away from the gateside. The maids were very pleasant and the island had much to offer our size family, five teenagers and my husband and me. Thanks for an unforgettable family vacation!!!

Perfect beach access and sunset view, popular location, quiet, good parking, and heavy traffic. Took 1 hour to go 1 mile due to bridge limitations. Villa #105 was average, screened porch nice. Washer/dryer difficult to start-no response by mgmt. Tile floor looked clean but left black on bare feet. We had a good time, but think we can find a better place for less money and less traffic elsewhere. Cost about double our prior FL units.

The condo was clean with an awesome view of the ocean from the main area and master bedroom. The pool was fun for the kids to play in however he pool at the resort next door was much nicer. We were allowed to sit there and buy drinks or eat poolside but could not go in the water. The first 3 days of our vacation they did let us go in the water. It would be nice if you could buy a pass to use the pool but they would not allow it. The only other suggestions would be to have a little better sheets and blankets on the beds. I did not mark service below as we had no service for our condo. Were we supposed to?

First night was disapointing in that a number of drunk males were outside our balcony at 0200 hrs in the morning making quite a noise.Not what was required after an 8 nhr flight plus a drive from MIa airport in a thunder storm.Then following evening an outside film show with surround sound from the Pink Shell hotel,again outside the apartment.Went to see the hotel manager to complain...she gave us unlimited use of hotel facilities,beach chairs,pools,gym...for the whole month...so that appeased me somewhat.The noise from the drunks didn t occur again and the film was only on till 2000 hrs on a Sat evening.The only other problem was the iron gate below the balcony...it kept clanging whenever anyone passed thru it letting it spring back instead of closing it by hand.Otherwise we had a great holiday...the apartment was fine,comfortable bed,good well equiped kitchen.Had a problem with the washing machine which was attended to immediately by the repair people.

While the apartment was nice, it had an overwhelming musty smell when we arrived. Some of the towels were stored under the sink, and the smell was so bad we had to wash them before using them. We only were left 2 trash bags, 2 packages of dishwasher detergent, and not even coffee filters. We had grocery stores nearby, but we have rented many other times at different places, and all these necessities were provided. There were plenty of pillows, all placed in protective plastic bags but without pillow cases. While all these are just little things, they are inconveniences that we had to deal with which we are not accustomed to. Otherwise, the building and surrounding areas were well kept, and aside from the smell in the apartment, it was also well kept. Overall it was a good week.

The rental unit was very nice. I have stayed at other locations on Ft Myers and would say the facility ranked higher than older units I have stayed in. The beach was a little small. I am not sure if it was because of the time of year with the tide or location. The pool was freezing!!! We were very disappointed with the temperature. No internet access!!! This was very frustrating. But overall a good experience! I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers Beach, Florida in our condo rental at Beach Villas. The layout was great for our family of 3. The condo was furnished with what we needed but was not cluttered which we liked since we had a 18mo who gets into everything. The complex was quite except for Saturday night we could hear some music inside. The condo was very clean except the tile floor was dirty and your bare feet would get dark from dirt after a couple of hours. We could have had the floors cleaned again during our stay but did not because it was durning our son's nap time. The beach was great. Not too crowded and very nice sand. The location was great. Quiet end of the island we thought and within walking distance to park, shops, restarants and time square. We over really enjoyed our time and hope to return to Beach Villas again someday.

Enjoyed a wonderful week. Great location at north end with patio overlooking the Gulf and a walk across the street to the Bay. Enjoyed the heated pool since the Gulf water was cool. Town Square is a short walk down the beach. Very comfortable condo.
