This vacation was perfect! The location was excellent -- close to Time Square and the Pier, yet very little day-tripper activity on the beach in front of the cottage...really quite private, except for the usual joggers and beach walkers. The accommodation was excellent -- the website photos accurate. For those looking for a 'cottage' experience (not the condo experience) this is the one! It was clean, well stocked, well laid-out with the perfect combination of rustic and deluxe! The Owner is a gem: patient, helpful, informative, environmentally-responsible. By far the best private owner we've ever dealt with! No need to look any further -- this is your vacation destination for Fort Myers Beach!

This is a great place available at a reasonable price - I would highly recommend this property. We will be back for sure.
Great beach for running/walking. My favourite part of the trip was having a covered deck - I was able to be in the shade while my wife could be in the sun!
Great location, walking distance to tourist shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

location, location, location... best place to be if you like perfect beach, restaurants and shopping in walking distance and romantic candle light dinner on the own balcony. Clean place and a very friendly and helpful owner. Gail, we plan to comming back! Thank you!

My wife and I have stayed here 2 years in a row and will stay again next year. We`ve vacationed in FMB for 7 years and stayed in beachfront houses and hotels, This by far is the best location,least expensive,most clean,most quiet place that we have stayed. The owner is nice and easy to deal with. Every thing you need is in the house.It`s a 5 minute walk to the pier and restaurants and bars. The only bad thing I can say is the time there passes too quickly.
