Left on 03/30/2013 for a stay in February 2013
nice cottage , good for six people, right on the beach, within walking distance of time square, very well maintained grounds and nice and clean, we had everything we needed in the cottage, especially towels etc. only thing i would suggest get the couches replaced old and worn ( the hide-a bed) not very good at all. otherwise tv, and other beds were great a bit soft for my taste but everyone seemed to like the pillow soft beds.. thks Dennis for being so nice and helpful...the traffic as usuall if you wanted to go accross the beach or down estero blvd, was as usuall terrible

The sun cottage is bright, unbelievably clean, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities a guest could ask for! While the bathrooms were small, they were clean, who stays in a bathroom anyway when the sandy white beach is steps away? Our family did not need to use the 3rd bedroom on the ground level, but it too, is comfortably furnished and provides sleeping for 2.

Left on 02/04/2013 for a stay in September 2012
We stayed in the Sun Cottage with 2 other couples the first week of September 2012. The weather was great and the cottage was beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the hospitality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place if you want to get away and relax. The beach is really nice and clean. The pool is just outside your front door and also very nice. The house is very clean and nicely stocked with everything you will need for a nice vacation.

Paradise Point cottages all with x2 parking, Sun cottage is 3 bed others are 2 bed, all rooms ensuite, shared pool which all enjoyed. A huge fine sandy beach only steps away which makes it feel like a private beach as everyone has so much space.
Each cottage has a raised sun deck, gas BBQ, sun beds, umbrellas, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, fullsize kitchen with all the bits and bobs, its all there.
Local town centre is a 5 min walk, supermarkets are a 10 min drive.
We were a mixed age party of 6 adults and travelling Delta London to Ft Myers in May and everyone loved the place and the sun sets, Fort Myers Beach is mostly an american beach vacation destination with not many europeans (inc Uk) around which we all liked. -

Loved the furnishings, the location, the separate downstairs bedroom with own bath and microwave and small frig. Perfect for a family with older child or another couple. The on site staff was friendly and ready to help with any needs. The location is perfect and an easy walk to shopping and dinner around Times Square.

We have stayed at the Cottages of Paradise Point several times now and each time is absolutely wonderful. This was the first time we stayed in the Sun Cottage. If I had a little house on the beach, it would look just like the Sun Cottage! The location is perfect with most restaraunts within walking distance. Everything you need is right there and the decor is perfect:) Ron was so helpful in getting our bicycles rented and taking care of us while we were there. As always, Dennis was welcoming and gracious. I can't say enough good things about the Cottages of Paradise Point!

I highly recommend Cottages of Paradise Point. Dennis and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. It is a great location with the beach and ocean steps away and the convenience of the pool right off the porch. The house is stocked with everything you could need..beach towels, koozie cups, all kitchen utensils, grill and the washer/dryer are a great bonus. This was a great experience and we will definitely return!

Left on 02/26/2012 for a stay in December 2011
The cottage was so nice and cozy, it had everything you could want and then some. Watching sunrises with the baby and sunset with the family, playing on the beach, walking to Times Square. Sandcastles, barbecue's, we loved staying in at night, playing board games. Lots of things to do in the surrounding areas. What can I say, it was the best time our entire family had with lifelong memories and bonding. Both young and old. This is a really special place.

Danville, KyWe had a wonderful vacation at the Sun Cottage.
Left on 02/13/2012 for a stay in February 2012
From my first contact with Dennis to him seeing us off on our reluctant trip back home, I couldn't have been more satisfied. He and his staff were wonderful and caring and I felt like I'd known them for a long time. Our cottage was spotless and very inviting. It felt like home in no time as it was equipped with everything a person could need. The neighbors in the other cottages were wonderful too. Many of them visited the cottages every year and I can truly understand why. We walked the beach (just outside our cottage), rode bikes, walked to the shops and restaurant s and watched my son and grandson enjoy jet skiing, para sailing, & enjoying the Pirate ship. I would highly recommend the cottages of Paradise Point and hope to return with friends too.

My family loves the Cottages of Paradise Point. Located only steps from a wide, safe beach, we didn't wear shoes for the week!
We've stayed at the Sun Cottage for two years, which was perfect for my husband and I, our toddler son and extended family. With a separate bedroom and its own bathroom, the third bedroom downstairs gave privacy to our family. The attached deck is huge, with views of the water. A great spot to hang out while your child is napping in the afternoon and a breezy space for drinks in the evening.
It's clean, comfortable and well-furnished. Stock up on groceries when you arrive and with a full kitchen, BBQ, pool, washer/dryer, you won't need to leave. I appreciate the quality kitchen tools and appliances, dinnerware and glassware. Same goes for the linens (nice towels and sheets) A veteran vacation renter, this really makes a difference.
The property has its own clean, private beach with nice chaise lounges and beach toys for the kiddos. Early each morning we watched the dolphins swim by. (Rent a stand up paddle board so you can paddle out to swim with them!) It's set on a miles long stretch of beach-great for a morning run or long stroll. It's on the quiet end of the area-so you're removed from any hustle of the public beach, yet only a short walk away if you're interested in visiting the playground or getting a drink at one of the waterfront bars.
It's a week that we look forward to all year long... -

Everything we dreamed and more all you need to bring is a bathing suit and shampoo. This truly was paradise and less than 25 ft from the beach. Kitchen was fully equiped and the beds were like clouds. The staff are very helpful. We went in July and it was very hot and fyi do bring bug repelant if you plan on being out after dust. The cottage was fully stocked with starters ie papertowels, tissue, dish soap etc. Also our cottage had a gas grill for us to grill yummy fresh local seafood. The pool is perfect as well. Enjoy!!! We will definatley be returning soon!

Left on 01/11/2012 for a stay in November 2011
Well to say the Sun Cottage is a step up from our past vacations is an understatement even though we have tried other "cottages" on other "beaches". You have it all - relaxation, sun, sand oh and great amenities inside the Sun cottage and steps outside is a large sun deck and heated pool. This is a true cottage, in paradise, on the beach. We will continue to come back not just because of the location and amenities but also the hospitality of everyone involved with CoPP is second to none. Book now or you will be missing out on a real vacation!
