My second year at Paradise Point and again, I was not disappointed. The weather was a bit chillier than the same week last year but we had sun every day and really enjoyed sitting right out on our deck. These cottages are lovely and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could want or need. You will not find more accommodating people anywhere and I have to mention Sharon who manages the properties, she is awesome! Will definitely be back again, hopefully longer!

Our second stay at this cottage was wonderful. As always the cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. The queitness of this end of the island allowed for quiet relaxing while food, shopping and entertainment were only a 10 minute walk away. We highly recommend this perfect vacation spot. Thank You Dennis, Sharon and all who make this a great place to escape the cold north.

Fully equipped luxury cottage with great gulf view. Walking distance to everything. Easy on-off the island. Staff responds quickly to needs.

This was our second stay at the cottages of Paradise Point. This year we stayed in the Island Cottage and it is a very comfortable, beautifully furnished cottage with views of the water. The owners take a lot of pride in their cottages and it shows. The staff is extremely helpful and there isn't a thing missing in the cabinets. We love these cottages!

Our vacation at the Cottages of Paradise Point was wonderful. The cottages are beautifully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Just steps to the beach, open the windows at night and listen to the surf:) This is the perfect Ft. Myers Beach location on the quiet north end of the island. Walk to dining and shopping at Times Square or head north a few blocks to the nature preserve for hiking. Our time went too fast!

Service at this place was remarkable. All the necessary amenities were available to us for our stay at this little piece of Paradise. The onsite management was extremely accommodating to us and was helpful in helping us when we ran out of something or needed extra rooms. The home was very cute and decorated to make you feel like you were on a real Beach getaway. The kitchen was so well equipped, maybe better than my own home. The location is walking distance to the pier, ice cream, coffee and several local restaurants in the area. We loved it all and will be back very soon!

The absolutely most beautiful and charming street in Fort Myres. Shell lain driveway, lovely cottage with all the ammenities needed, and great great beach! To not need a car to go downtown and eat was lovely. I will recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back soon!!!

This is our second year vacationing at the island cottage. We have made such memorable moments ! They have thought of everything for your stay, it's cleanliness, makes it feel so at home and relaxing. The beach is amazing from the warmth of the water to the white sand and cute colored lounge chairs to lay on. Once we had toasted a bit we freshened up at the pool and it felt great! It was refreshing very clean had floaties and toys for all ages. We cruised the island and stopped at a few places to eat, there are so many fun places to dine. By the end of our stay we decided to take pictures with our complimentary cottage T-Shirts the family picture was beautiful and the gifts made great souvenirs. Overall I recommend to stay at one of the cottages because the staff is so nice and easy to work with in booking your vacation and the cottages are beautifully setup for a wonderful stay. Good luck and Check them out !!! :)

We returned to the cottages of Paradise point for the second time (first time was in 2010). We were in the Island Cottage (the green one!) The view is incredible, we can see the gulf from the living room and the patio. The cottage is really well maintained, the pool was about 20 steps from our cottage. The service is very very good and efficient. I would recommend those cottages without any doubt and I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful cottage on North Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We've known about this place for some time but could never find time to go until recently. It was absolutely fabulous! This is the type of vacation place you'll remember and keep coming back to. All of the furnishings were top of the line. We had every single thing we needed from kitchen supplies down to the beach towels to use at the beach and the on-site swimming pool.
We can't wait to come back. This is truly an ideal vacation spot - the kind of place that makes you really regret when it's time to go home.

The name "Cottages of Paradise Point” is perfect und so true - it is a Paradise. It is a beautiful place. We had a great time and wonderful vacation with our children. The Island Cottage is the best vacation rental we ever had. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is very, very friendly and takes care. I would love to return for another stay.

Our family of four (with two college-age kids) stayed eight days at the Island Cottage and had a really great time. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the large, high-quality beach towels. The beach is steps away and was never too crowded. The owner provides lots of comfortable lounge chairs to bring out to the beach. We were able to walk to the busy part of town (about a half-mile away) for dinner at a number of touristy/beachy restaurants. Close to Sanibel Island and the Edison summer estate, which had an interesting tour. Also check out the Corkscrew Swamp Preserve and its neat boardwalk trail. Worth the drive.

The location is always key for our vacation on the beach, pool and less than a 5 min walk to dinner. The cottages are all cordnated with a color and theme down to the beach towels and cozies for drinks. If you have a need Dennis the owner is on hand or one of his staff is there to help. The T-shirts with the Cottages of Paradise Point are a great touch are kids loved them.
The only thing we didn't like was leaving. -

I loved my cottage by the ocean/ Everything from the streets of shells to the cute benches in front of the houses. I loved all the little things. How the beach towels matched the house, the nice beach chairs at the end of the road for our beach use. And Dennis and Sharon always ready to have a chat. Me and my family are already looking forward to next year.

The accomodations were exquisite, down to the matching towels and commemorative "T" shirt.
The location was excellent, with all types of restuarants and shops with in walking distance but, far enough away as not to infringe on the beach serenity or privacy.
The service was equally in tune with the accomadations, including two very personal people ,Sharon and Ron attending to any requests or needs.
Our Experience will be remebered for years to come.

We spent the most wonderful two week vacation in our cottage...Dennis, Sharon and Ron were very friendly and helpful. This was the perfect spot on the beach..quiet clean and close to all the action of Time Square. There were numerous activites for the children, any type of resturant/shopping and lots of sunshine. We are already booked for a return vacation and are looking forward to it.

Fully equipped (beach chairs, beach blankets, plenty of linens, full kitchen , individual washer-dryer & gas barbecue)cottages on the beach. The cottages are well maintained & landscaped. Six cottages share a heated pool. This is a nice, quiet area but within easy walking distance to attractions, and easy-off the island during busy times. Dennis' staff takes care of any problems that do come up promptly. We have been coming for 6 years & signed up for 2013 already.

What a wonderful vacation! We were looking for a warm January vacation and found the Cottages of Paradise Point on-line. After speaking with the owner, we decided to give Fort Myers Beach and the Island Cottage a chance. We found paradise! There is much to do in Fort Myers Beach--of course beautiful white sand beach, fun activities to keep everyone busy and many seafood restaurants nearby. The Island Cottage is exactly as described--clean, bright and well decorated. We are bird watchers and the Parrot theme in the cottage was just perfect for us. Ww hope to return and have recommended this Cottages of Paradise Point to our friends.

Priority for same space next year, willingness to do anything to make our stay as enhoyable as possible for large and upscale cottages. Things work and the practically private beach with bordering mounds to protect agains winds if they come up make it even more special. Went out of their way to make check-in even easier than it already is by design. We have now asked 2 different families to join with us and they also view it as a must place to stay. Am starting to feel like part of the family.
