We were looking for a nice, unique accommondation in South West Florida and found it with “Cottages of Paradise Point”. The great atmospere of our beautyfull coconut cottage, the beach and the very friendly and helpful owners Dennis and Sharon made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cottage is very comfortable and lovley furnished with much details - very clean. Every cottage got a deck with a nice sitting area and a high quality BBQ. I will never forget our breakfast or dinner, sitting outside on deck with breath-taking views to the ocean. There is a pool, which is especially important for kids and there are enough sun loungers at the beach, …and … (everything you need or wish). I can’t think of anything I would change about this place. We are a family from Germany and we’ ll be back as soon als possible.

We have stayed at the Coconut a number of times now and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The cottage is spotless when we arrived, beautifully appointed with charming nick nacks, is a hop skip and jump from the most beautiful bea h in Florida and oh yeah, Lisa and Dennis are our innkeepers. The only thing stopping us from going back tomorrow is time and money (I must work for a living).

My husband, 12 yr old daughter and 2 dogs drove from Canada to Fort Myers Beach, FL and stayed at the Cottages of Paradise Point in the Coconut Cottage (the red one!). The property was beautiful. The beach access awesome. Our cottage was decorated with lovely personal touches. It was very clean and came equipped with more than I used. The staff was helpful and the owner is very proud of his strip of paradise. I would recommend these cottages to anyone looking for fun & sun. The only thing we wish is that the city build another bridge to Fort Myers beach as March along with other busy times takes crazy tooo long to get across. Otherwise perfect!

A perfectly appointed, upscale cottage. The service is great. The owner walked me through his website that contains pictures and explained everything I needed to know before booking. The location is 5 minutes from the Pier, where you can find souveniers, shopping and dining. Grocery stores and fish markets not far. Honestly, the owners of this cottage are clearly sticklers for details. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. Master has queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. The couch in living room pulls out if necessary. I would go back in a heart beat. Sanibel, captiva and Naples are great day trips.(many beaches to shell on and see) We parasailed and rented a boat with ease. I cannot think of one thing that they have left out of this cottage. The kitchen is packed with ever single thing you need down to a citrus grater! Stove top is electric. Grill outside is propane. You get flat screen t.v.'s in every bedroom and in living room. Giant windows to see the ocean through while inside. I can not wait to get back. Wish we lived closer!!! Thanks Dennis!

We were looking for a destination to celebrate our daughters high school graduation and found the Cottages of Paradise online. it was a Wonerful place! The cottages were clean and very comfortable for our family of 10.. the staff at the cottages were very hospitiable and attended to all our needs. We are looking forward to returning next year already!

The Cottages of Paradise Point were absolutely amazing. Our Coconut cottage was immaculately clean web we arrived, decorated tastefully, and offered us all of the necessary amenities we could possibly need. The grounds staff and owners talked to us personally on an almost daily basis ensuring we had all we need. Everything on the property was well maintained, the beach was amazing, and our proximity to the downtown area was perfect! (Just a short bike ride away). Not only did my family and I enjoy every aspect of our Coconut Cottage of Paradise Point, but our Bulldog, Butters, did as well! There is no question about whether I will come back here- I loved it!

The unit was incredibly clean. This is a biggie for my wife thereby making my stay more relaxing. Great location juxtaposed between the ocean and easy access to the downtown area.

Talk about location, location, location! :) Beach and Sun outside your door, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Quieter side of the island. All the cottages of paradise point create a resort-like, friendly, attractive, tropical, feel. It's a great get-away, go-to place to visit again and again!

After searching around we settled on Copp. My wife and 2 kids came down for 2 weeks and wow were our expectations met and exceeded!
The accomodations were first rate with nice little touches here and there which made you feel like you were in your own home. All of the conveniences of home with one big added bonus...The beach...only 12 steps away!
Lisa and Dennis were great, we saw them many times and were very hospitable.
Will we be back? Yes...only wish it could be next month.
